O hotel é antigo, móveis antigos, estilo colonial. O atendimento da recepção foi o ponto forte. A piscina a céu aberto maravilhosa.

Os cuartos e o atendimento são bons, mas a pizzina termal não é termal. Nessa pizina, a fetidez a orina resulta inconcebíbel. É uma falta de hiene que no tem cabimento num hotel de tanta tradição como esse. Nessa pizzina o charco de agua na frente dos banheiros não permite usa-los. A saúna não funciona e dão a disculpa de que está em reparo, mas não se observa trabalhadores fazendo algum concerto.

O cardápio do restaurante é muito ruim e falto de variedade. A cerveja no restaurante vale um terço a mais que na lojinha. A lojina permance fechado em alguns horários.

Razoável, cama confortável, toalhas e lençóis limpos, porém o chalé precisa de renovar a pintura, troca de lâmpadas enferrujadas e precisa de lugar para pendurar roupas molhadas! Café da manhã ficou a desejar, rapidamente acabou as variedades e não foram repostas! O paisagismo é lindo e piscina externa boa, a interna não estava quentinha. Experiência razoável

A estadia foi razoável. O atendimento na entrada foi muito demorado. A ausência de um funcionário para ajudar com o deslocamento das malas foi bastante relevante, principalmente porque o hotel não possui elevadores de pessoas ou somente para cargas.O café da manhã foi razoável também. Faltaram opções mais variadas e qualidade de alguns alimentos.

Excelente atendimento da recepçao, fomos muito bem atendidos , ficamos hospedados no chale uma graça.. adoramos , passamos o natal no hotel a ceia estava excelente , o café da manha maravilhoso com varias delicias de minas, o hotel todo é bem tranquilo e nao é muito cheio isso fez um diferencial enorme pois aproveitamos muito as piscinas , ambiente tranquilo aconchegante, voltaremos mais vezes

O quarto simples é bem velho, mal cuidado, telhas de aranha, fregobar todo enferrujado.
Quarto luxo é bem melhor porem banheiro todo encardido e o valor bem acima do quarto simples. Não vale a pena. Com certeza ha opcoes melhores na cidade
