Holiday Inn Express & Suites ARCADIA by IHG

Staff at check in was great, quick check in. Good breakfast, air conditioner was great and cf room was clean.

The room was clean and fresh. There’s a small bar area with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom had complimentary Dove brand pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand wash. Bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of storage in case you need it. There was a bar downstairs but we didn’t try it. We were late for breakfast and there wasn’t much left at 9:45 when we got there. They had a pancake machine that was pretty cool but it was empty, no batter. The scrambled eggs were dried up and discolored. I didn’t try them. I got a hard boiled egg, cereal, and blueberry muffins. The biscuits and gravy were still there and were really good. Coffee was ok but super strong. Had to dilute with milk. It was convenient to have the Chili’s right next to the hotel and a Walmart on the other side. The air conditioner worked fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t mention the lack of breakfast food to the staff until afterward because we were late anyway. Overall very nice and I would stay there again. Nice pool too.

Next to Walmart and adjacent to Cracker Barrel. Was Easter weekend and very few people there and the breakfast was good as usual, but the offering somewhat reduced.

After have having some not excellent experiences in other hotels, I have to say that the staff was more than helpful(Jasmine and kardeezh ( I apologize for spelling) were very patient and helpful. The new upgrades and cleanliness were notable!

The young man at Check-in was so helpful and happy, a joy to meet upon arrival. There is no hot tub, but the place has been renovated and updated which was nice. Not all the breakfast appliances were working but it was good, their coffee is some of the best hotel coffee we've had! All in all, a very nice stay!

I did not stay here, but I briefly spoke with the front desk receptionist to ask a question. Since I was not a guest, she was unable to accommodate me, which I completely understand. She was very nice, friendly, and professional. The only suggestion I have is clearer signage or instructions on the front entrance regarding access during the day. I did not expect the main entrance to be locked at 12 PM, as this is something I usually associate with nighttime hours, and it felt slightly awkward. That said, I understand it is a good security measure and helps keep everyone safe. The receptionist opened the door for me. Overall, the place appeared clean and well maintained, and the staff interaction was positive. I would consider staying here in the future.

First of all I want to thank Jasmine, robberina, and the person who was there in the afternoon. They were so helpful. When we arrived Jasmine greeted us and welcomed us, told us about everything. The only thing that I was worried about was there was no tub mat in tub very slipper. But everything else was awesome. We will definitely be back.
