Definitely will come back next time

I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but judging from previous reviews, I made the decision to stay here. Indeed the rooms here are considered very clean for a 3 star hotel. The hot breakfast everyday is great and coffee/ tea is available round the clock. Service is great. No daily housekeeping unless u ask for it which is perfectly fine for me. Shower pressure works great. Parking is free which is a plus. As this is a pet friendly hotel, I do not feel that the cleaning was done throughly. There are still some stains visible on the carpet. However, it is still a very good experience compared to what I’ve tried in the 3 stars category. Will recommend!

The room is clean and tidy, there is hot food for breakfast, the elevator is spacious, there are many restaurants around, it is very close to the hotel and very convenient, the room price is moderate, it is a very good choice

The location is good, but the traffic is a bit congested. Everything else is OK

Location: Very good, next to a shopping area, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Located in Pasadena, a relatively quiet area, very close to Caltech. Room: Spacious, large bathroom, no bathtub (I like it), strong ventilation (towels dried overnight). There are a lot of towels, but I brought my own; shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. The bed is relatively soft (kids like it, I like a hard bed), the bedding is clean, and the quilt cover looks textured (not the kind of one-layer cloth). Breakfast: The room rate includes breakfast, the content is simple, the same every day, basically all chain hotels are like this. Parking: Free, very good!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Because of the rain, instead of 3 days we stopped at 2 - we shouldn’t have, but we returned the money for the remaining time, for which we thank you very much!

The hotel is a bit far from downtown, so it may be a bit inconvenient if you move without renting a rental car. However, there are many restaurants around the hotel, and the area is very clean. The interior of the hotel is clean, the breakfast is well prepared, and it is good in every way. Very satisfied.

The transportation is convenient, and there are many places to eat nearby. There is a century-old steakhouse just 50 meters away. Free parking. The breakfast in the hotel is relatively simple, but there are different foods for breakfast in the two days. The hotel is not facing the street, and the room is quiet and clean. Coffee and hot water are available 24 hours at the gate on the first floor.
