Overall service was great, other than Housekeeping who has missed 2 days of the 8-day stay and being inconsistent. However, all service staff members were friendly and approachable.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Good bar and restaurant inside the hotel as well as a nice shopping mall a 5 minute drive away

Pretty new hotel in a fantastic location - walkable to the nearby mall which has a lot of Asian food options and not far from the LA Arboretum. There was a Asian food conference going on in the hotel when we stayed there so was able to grab a few snacks too

The check in counter and hotel setup is very modern and the check in staff extremely helpful
A spacious layout of space with an inviting bar before one walk up to the lift that takes us to the lift. Room design in very modern and room is spacious. The area is good with good access to restaurant and supermarket by car.
Valet parking available only but there is a few parking space available nearby

They don't have free parking. they don't have slippers. They don't have dental kits. There is too much noise coming into my room. The reception we received was not that pleasant.

This hotel was soo beautiful from the outside in. The rooms were really plush and art deco. Wish I could have stayed longer because I really loved the rooms. The bathroom, omg was out of this world along with the fabulous body care products. And the water is so soft in LA, we thought it was the soap. The price point was reasonable as well. We didn't try the restaurant this time, didn't really see anything on the menu that stiffs or to us.

Location was great but a few things to keep in mind before you complete your booking:
-Room service requires scheduling in advanced
-the water faucet by the sink has an unreasonable and useless design that doesn’t allow you to splash wash your face comfortably/without hitting your forehead
-the water pressure in all rooms is very low (we have raised our concern and tried to swap room and then we found out they wer pretty much the same); if you have long and thick hair be prepared for 45 mins of rinsing
-valet parking only but parking fee was reasonable comparing to other hotels at same grade; please be generous and prepare tips for folks that are working 24/7 they’re super friendly

A nice newly hotel of the area. The only thing I wasn’t expected was the $27 parking fee per night. It is a good environment hotel with plenty of public space. Good for hang out, afternoon tea and happy hour drinking. The staffs are good but quite green. They would hold the customers check in for their routine briefing, and even ask me to come back half hour later until they finish their meeting first.
