Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia

I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but judging from previous reviews, I made the decision to stay here. Indeed the rooms here are considered very clean for a 3 star hotel. The hot breakfast everyday is great and coffee/ tea is available round the clock. Service is great. No daily housekeeping unless u ask for it which is perfectly fine for me. Shower pressure works great. Parking is free which is a plus. As this is a pet friendly hotel, I do not feel that the cleaning was done throughly. There are still some stains visible on the carpet. However, it is still a very good experience compared to what I’ve tried in the 3 stars category. Will recommend!

Stayed here on a Friday night for one night only and that’s probably a good thing. For a Marriott brand hotel, I was pretty disappointed. I have a high level Bonvoy Marriott level and this is the first hotel to deny a complimentary upgrade. Not a huge deal as I was only staying one night. The room is mediocre for Marriott. The walls were splattered with stains, cabinetry was worn down to the wood, a couple recessed lights were partially hanging out of the ceiling, the exterior door didn’t shut very well, couch looked well used, and some of the lights didn’t work. Breakfast was your typical continental. I did like that everything, including the hot items, were individually wrapped. I hate seeing other people grab at the serving spoons only to have it fall into the bacon! However, the packaged food had a bit of that packaged wrapped taste that you get when you eat an instant microwaved burrito. Overall, still better than a typical Wyndham brand hotel but definitely not up to Marriott standards.

The hotel is located in Acadia, in the Pasadena area, with good security. The hotel is new and the environment is good. I stayed here for four days and it was really comfortable. If you are traveling by car, you will be a little far away from the attractions, but the environment is better than that. When I checked in, I met a Chinese guy who took the initiative to communicate in Chinese and gave us the standard wifi for free (but we had unlimited data on the sim card). The hotel lobby bar and breakfast were affordable and delicious. Valet parking is paid, $29 per day.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

Excellent customer service, staff are really nice. Last minute booking and we had the best service ever. Rooms are clean and the staff are the best. This property is well managed and I'm so grateful we stayed in this property.
SpringHill Suites Pasadena Arcadia

The hotel where I stayed the longest was four days. When we checked in, the front desk asked if we needed room cleaning, but we didn't ask for it. Very cost-effective, parking is free, and suitable for self-driving travel. But if the itinerary is planned in urban LA, the commuting time may be a little longer.
