It appears the managers live on the property. One would think they would maintain it better. Bathroom paint peeling. Carpet dirty. Odd chair in room had leather nearly peeled off - would not even make it as a Goodwill donation. We entered from three wide open doors - keyed but left open. Anyone could just walk into the place. Breakfast was awful. Two child type cereals. Toast with nothing to put on it - no butter, no jelly, just bread. Make your own waffles maker. Juice was not real juice. No hot chocolate. No tea. Ugh.
It appears Boarder's (Cobblestone) is expanding nationwide. Suggest they first maintain what they have.

This was a great spot for a night to rest. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. It’s a little older but it’s still in great condition.

Very shabby and dated. Torn carpet in hallway. No elevator. Chair in room is worn and cover was shredded. Power went out (tornado warning) and the stairway and hallway were totally dark. No emergency lighting. Maybe mold in grout of shower. Won't be staying here again. Staff seemed indifferent to the problems.

I usually pay at the property when I reserve my room. When we arrived I showed him my confirmation. When he pulled it up they had canceled it. Not me. I started I need a room and he started they are booked and have no vacancy. I was very upset. We run a Jeep club and always tell everyone in our group where we will be. Other members purchased in advance. I book all of our stays monthly thru ******* and have for years. This is the first time this has ever happened to us. One of our other members let us stay in their room with them. The room was somewhat clean. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast was ok.
