We have been to Galdana Gardens several times over the years, and we had a very enjoyable and relaxing break. We were fortunate to have a top floor apartment this time and well worth going up the steps for the wonderful view of the bay. The Gardens are superb, and the guys who maintain them are brilliant 👏 Maite on reception is just superb 👌 The cleaning ladies are great 👍 Just great. I will bring up the towel reserving issue as it's a problem. 9am towels down and return at 3pm and even reserving 4 sunbeds for 2 people on either side of the pool... If you can't beat them, join them... which we didn't But hey, hoy. Great place and location.

We have just returned from a relaxing week at this wonderful hotel! Thank you to all the staff for making this a relaxing and peaceful holiday. This place is amazing, it is immaculately clean and the attention to detail is outstanding. The housekeeping/cleaning staff are exceptional and the standards are extremely high. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel surpassed them in every way. The staff are attentive, smiley and kind and nothing is too much trouble. They all work extremely hard and are consistently first class. I can't praise them enough! The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - the pillows are perfect and I have had 7 of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time - I am really going to miss that bed! I feel well rested and have slept so well. The shower is great too and powerful and always plenty of hot water. The food is excellent and the variety of dishes on offer is really good. There is more than enough choice for any kind of dietary requirement. We are a family of 5 with a few fussy eaters and every one of us had something we could enjoy. The choice of food is exceptional and the chefs go out of their way to ensure that diners are happy and have food they enjoy. My husband sometimes prefers a vegetarian/vegan diet and the choices available to him were as good as the rest of the dishes as the chef made an extra effort to ensure his choices were just as varied and tasty. He was very well looked after by the chefs - thank you! The food in the pool bar is also very good and there is a good choice to cater to all tastes. My favourites were the tuna salad sandwich and the chicken pesto pizza. The management of this hotel should be extremely proud of this establishment and especially of the staff who run it. This hotel is without a doubt one of the best I have stayed in. Thank you so much - perfect hotel, perfect holiday!

The location is very pretty, on cobbled streets and narrow passages but very close to the main street. The staff was very kind and helpful and patient with us, even though we couldn't speak the language right. the rooms are spacious and excellently tidy and aesthetically pleasing. they have a common area with an open roof where you can stargaze on summer nights.

This was a really lovely small hotel. It is very close to the centre of Cuitadella old town, which meant that it was close to some excellent restuarants, including our favourite Moriarty. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - every member of staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from the waitress at breakfast, the reception staff and the cleaners. Our room, I have to say was basic but it had a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Plenty of coat hangers, a safe and a fridge and although there was no kettle there was one for general use in the lounge area by reception. Complimentary water by the glass was also available from a dispenser by reception. The swimming pool as gorgeous. Very clean and a good size for swimming lengths and towels can be obtained from reception. Lovely seating area around the pool as well with sun beds and also relaxing sofas and chairs. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, fruit, breads and pastries, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee from the machine was excellent. Wifi was also excellent and for those who want it there were English TV channels available. A/C also worked well.

This hotel is amazing. It is a brilliant central location for the marina with bars and restaurants. A supermarket is less than 5 minute's walk offering everything you could possibly want. 75p for a can of Mahou/Estrella Galcia - what's not to love? Wonderfully clean. The access to the beach was a definitive plus us. The pool is the best I have experienced on holiday. We loved how deep it was and wasn't freezing when you jumped in. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh fruit, and a great selection. The omlette/pancake bar was a big plus as well as offering a glass Cava with your breakfast. As people have mentioned in previous reviews there is a bit of an issue with people reserving sunbeds, despite signposts everywhere that it is prohibited and no one is really policing it. Fortunately, we had a ground-floor room with beds that led directly out onto the pool area. The staff in the main are very helpful and nice. Although I hate to write this, one or two staff members working in the bar area let the others down. I wouldn't like to name names, but if you visit you will probably see who I mean. It didn't spoil my holiday in any way and I put it down to cultural indifference. I am being very picky! All in all, we had an amazing time and are looking at going back again next year. I am just hoping Jet2 reduces their prices haha. If you are considering staying here, don't hesitate book now - you won't be disappointed.

We have chosen this hotel for its geographical location, design and the commendable Google Note/commentary about the establishment and its host staff. During our stay, we have seen and appreciated all the positive points raised by other vacationers. The hotel is in line with the various photos you can find, the cleanliness in the room and in the common places (swimming pool, etc.) is perfect. The following two points have exceeded our expectations in terms of benefits : - Quality breakfast with different proposals every morning. - The reception. A careful, always joyful and sensitive staff to the wellness of its residents. Thank you very much to Leon, always ready to make service and give advice to maximize the benefit of this beautiful island. He was able to make our stay in another dimension through his addresses of places to visit and his restaurants (we went to El Chivito, Martin was not home but his brothers :-) very kind too ). A great thankfulness also to the other man at the reception who welcomed us when we arrived (I don't know his name, unfortunately, but he will recognize himself). Sympathic and empathic in particular to the independent concern of the hotel we have met (leasing vehicle ...) . We will remember it for a long time and try to return to it.
