It is rare that I struggle to find the words but this review is one of those times. It is impossible to do justice to our experience at Divina Suites. Everything that I read in other reviews was absolutely true. The communication from Laura was outstanding from the moment I made an enquiry and this level of care continued throughout our stay. Upon booking Laura sent info on activities and restaurants and was happy to answer questions. She booked our jeep safari for us before we arrived. Laura and Lina were constantly available for any help needed and nothing was too much trouble. Always with a smile. When we checked in we received vouchers for free entrance to several local attractions which we enjoyed. Our room was beautiful. Huge comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Fabulous shower and toiletries. Great kitchenette area with good quality teas and coffee that were restocked every day. Fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. The only slight ****** was that I found the room to be a little warm at night - but that's not unusual for me. I sleep with windows open in winter back in UK. The whole place is calm and stylish ... and smells fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. The pleasure we got from finding our basket of goodies every morning was beyond words. Fresh breads, pastries, cheese, meats, eggs, fruit and oranges to juice. Just wonderful. Laura and Lina should both be extremely proud of Divina Suites and their exceptional customer care. I have rarely experienced somewhere so special. Thank you both for a fabulous stay.

Emplacement idéal dans la cité historique. Accueil formidable par deux charmantes hôtesses qui font tout pour rendre le séjour des plus agréable. Suites spacieuses et digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles Luxe. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Divina Suites mérite parfaitement son nom !

El servicio y la atención recibida ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones excepcionales, limpias, bien decoradas y tranquilas. Muy buena ubicación en calle peatonal y muy cerca del centro. En definitiva ha cumplido todas las expectativas. El único inconveniente es que si vas en coche, no tiene parking, pero sí, un parking público gratuito a unos 8-9 min. andando, por lo que no es un gran problema.

I want to thank you for the excellent service, and accommodations, during our recent stay. I requested the ground floor and we could not have been more pleased with our suite. The suite was very roomy and well appointed. Breakfast each day at our door was outstanding. Being able to have our day begin in the room, with fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, breads, cured meats and cheeses was a start to a perfect day. The room and the grounds were always clean and fresh. The staff always ready to help and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a best value, most comfortable and quietest room we have ever had the pleasure.

Très beau séjour d’une semaine en plein cœur de Ciutadella au Divina Suites avec l’accueil chaleureux et les bons conseils de Lina et Laura. Très belle suite bien décorée avec bow-window et parfaite petite cuisine pour préparer le petit déjeuner déposé tous les matins à notre porte.

Idéalement située une belle maison à la décoration soignée et contemporaine. Petit déjeuner livré en chambre qui change tous les jours avec des produits frais et locaux. Un accueil rayonnant avec des conseils sur les restaurants et le prêt du guide sur le Cali del cavalls. On recommande

Non è un hotel ma un sottotetto di una casa ristrutturata al terzo piano senza ascensore, caldissima ( non si dormirebbe senza aria condizionata TUTTA la notte), nessuno dei servizi previsti solo cassaforte, nessun ristorante per la colazione che ti devi PREPARARE TU con gli ingredienti di uno scarso cestino che ti fanno trovare dietro la porta al mattino tardi( c’è un angolo cottura ) e poi ti tocca pure lavare i piatti!
Nessun computer , nessuno alla reception se non al mattino per un’oretta e la sera idem
L’unica cosa positiva è che in pieno centro storico ma per parcheggiare devi fare almeno 20 minuti a piedi perché i parcheggi sono tutti pienissimi
Non ci tornerei più
