Parmi les points forts: Très bon emplacement au calme et a proximité des commerces et des 2 meilleurs restaurants de la ville (Trevi et Calla Mitjana) Plusieurs espaces extérieurs très agréables (piscine, salon de jardin,. ) Appartement propre et fonctionnel Parmi les point faibles: Les appartements sont très mal insonorisés. Pourtant à l'étage (je n'imagine pas au rez de jardin...), concert de chaises et portes qui claquent.. nous entendions même le voisin du dessous bailler (certes un italien pas discret) Distributeurs de boisson en panne, aucun rafraîchissement à la réception (glace..). Dommage alors que la piscine est agréable. Services généraux peu discrets : 1h30 de souffleur thermique pour évacuer les aiguilles de pain, à nous tourner autour en pleine journée alors que nous essayions de profiter de la piscine. Pas vraiment nécessaire vue la surface, un balai ferait l'affaire et respecterait le Client (250 Euros la nuit tout de même !)

Il 25 marzo ho prenotato tramite booking un appartamento al Desmais per il periodo che va dal 21 al 27 giugno con opzione cancellazione gratuita fino al 21 aprile. Dal 22 aprile in poi pagamento del 50% non rimborsabile. Il 5 aprile invece l'hotel mi prende la cifra corrispondente al 50% del costo totale (462 euro) . Il 6 aprile ho cancellato la prenotazione perchè non trovavo corretto che mi fosse stata presa tale cifra in anticipo rispetto alla data del 22 aprile. Credo che avrebbero potuto aspettare due settimane per farlo. E con un anticipo sul soggiorno di ben 2 mesi, se la mia carta di credito fosse stata vuota avrebbero avuto tempo per sostituirmi con un altro cliente. Ad oggi, quasi due mesi dopo, la somma prelevata ancora non mi è stata restituita nonostante diversi solleciti miei e di *********** che si sta facendo carico della problematica. Comportamento grave e poco serio da parte della struttura. Scopo della mia testimonianza è che metta in guardia chi deve prenotare qui con largo anticipo.

Muy bonito complejo vacacional, todo muy bien cuidado, muy bonito. La piscina de sal increíble pero Lo negativo es que el WIFI no tiene casi cobertura y no funciona y si necesitas su uso no llega a las habitaciones de arriba, necesitan repetidores para que sea la estancia idílica

I immediately call the contact details and the young lady (kind person) tells me that she had forgotten to send me the email with the new apartment, so she points it out to me on the phone: No. 6. We then move to No. 6, with luggage in tow, this time the the apartment is clean, but instead of a double bed we find two single beds… In order not to waste any more time, I call the managers the next day, to enjoy at least a little bit of Menorca. So the next day they move me to No. 13, this time with a double bed, but… after the first shower, the heater stops working, and the second shower is cold. I again notify the manager, who apologizes and the next day he sends the technician, problem solved. In conclusion, the area is not bad at all, just a few minutes walk from Cala Galdana and the path to Cala Macarella. The apartments are quite spacious and equipped with many comforts. You can park (at least in May) easily in the area, free of charge. It would just take better management.
