Pros: Near the airport- 15 minutes taxi drive, which cost us 25€. We booked the taxi via the hotel Clean and spacious room with well functioning A/C Parking available with charge There are restaurants available near the hotel There is breakfast available but we skipped it. Professional staff Cons: No direct shuttle bus/transfer from the hotel to the airport The flush in the toilet was not working well. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom

situated on a road with 24/7 traffic, with no window insulation, I don't see the point in having a huge expensive bathroom, but practically no window insulation, I don't know how I can sleep here its a nightmare , when hotels invest money into wrong things . insulation from outside noise is more important than lobby decoration, do you need to be a rocket scientist to understand that? why on earth do you open hotel for business and not think about insulating the windows. rhggsghjgvvryhzxvhfghvv???????

This hotel was the nicest, most chic hotel I've ever stayed in! I would come back just to stay in the hotel. All ibis Styles have a unique look and feel to them, and this one was perfect. Very stylish but in an accessible and comfortable way, I loved the mural by the lifts and all the cute scallop details. My friend and I stayed in a twin room with 2 single beds which was fairly compact but well presented. Our room faced the main road so we could hear a little traffic noise throughout the night but nothing too bad. Walk in shower was huge, although we did have the smell of sewage come up on occasion. Our stay had breakfast included, which we wouldn't have booked if there was an option without, but the buffet options were very varied (suitable vegetarian options) and it set us up well for each day of exploring the city. The rooftop pool was on the smaller side but perfectly fine to use, if a little on the colder side as not heated. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols to go around, with a really large covered seating area adjacent to the pool and next to the bar as well. There is a courtyard on the ground floor too that was really pretty to sit in. My friend and I had 4 days in Seville which was the perfect length of time to explore. The hotel is a little out of the main hustle and bustle of the city, but a 20min walk will take you right into the thick of it. On our last day we hired docking bikes which was such a good idea - Seville felt very safe to cycle in as there are dedicated cycle lanes and also a good way to explore the Maria Luisa park and ride along the river. There is a docking station right opposite the hotel. We took the bus to and from the airport which was very convenient, the buses ran quite frequently and it cost €4 each way so relatively cheap too. Overall, the hotel was really great and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Seville city break!

I like to live, but the pillows are a bit uncomfortable, but everything is great, I tried everything.

Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

This is a great little hotel in the centre of Seville. Very close to the cathedral so you have a land mark to find if you are out walking about as we did. Very Clean and helpful friendly staff. They provide free water, juice and soft drinks in reception. Which is a life saver if it's warm. They also have a coffee machine and some snacks, also free. Relatively quiet, considering you're in the city centre. The rooms are basic, the shower in our room was badly designed and tended to flood the floor. But wasn't a big issue once we realised what was happening. Has a lift and an outside area on the roof if you wish to sit outside. The AC is very good. T.V is not great if thats important to you. We got a taxi from the Airport which was €33, They dropped us at the end of small street in which the hotel is located and we walked up to it. Its about a min walk. Reception booked a taxi for us on our return to the airport, and the taxi guy called reception to say he was there and we walked down and met him. If you are traveling at night time the taxi guy will meet you at the door of the Hotel as reception close's at 1am There are bars, shops and restaurants and big plazas within one min walk from the hotel. Really liked this little hotel, hope to return again.

There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish. The room was nice and comfortable, pillows were soft and it didn't feel too hot because there is AC. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which you annoyingly have to keep reconnecting to, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The main downside of our stay here was the dirty hotel room floors. There was hair all over the floor, not just singular hairs but clumps of hair which was extremely gross. The entire 5 days we stayed there, not once were the floors cleaned. Towels were also not changed regularly. We put a towel down on the floor as a bathmat and it was just picked up and placed back on the rack. Another downside was the outside of the hotel sometimes smelled really bad, maybe of sewage I wasn't sure what it was. The location isn't exactly ideal as it's 20 minutes away from the city centre if you took the bus. We called an Uber every night to get back to the hotel because the last bus is before 10pm. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's more 3 star. But it's decent and provides a comfortable and safe place to stay.

Wexstsyed here for 2 nights, during our trip through Spain in June 2023. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, comfy beds. However, due to the numerous tourists groups it was very noisy during the night and we could barely get any sleep. The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the reception. I have not seen any other people there other than the groups of tourists so it might be a popular place for the travel companies. This hotel is about 30 min out Seville and there's not much to do around it.
