Ho soggiornato più volte presso questa struttura , che a dir poco , da sogno . Dalle camere , alla bella piscina , alla super colazione , adatta a tutti i palati , alla spiaggia convenzionata , al personale preparato e ovviamente, al panorama . Struttura che merita , esattamente come il bel paese , che la ospita . Eccellente !

Bel hôtel très bien placé , belle piscine Personnel charmants et compétents Parking devant l'hôtel ( avec plusieurs points de charge pour voitures électriques ) Vue de notre chambre ( la 120 ) sur la mer très belle Le bémol est la salle d'eau , certes il y avait douche ,lavabo, bidet et toilettes mais pour entrer dans la douche , mieux pas être trop "enveloppé", et de plus, impossible d'utiliser la douchette à la main ( donc douche obligatoire ,y compris les cheveux ) et pour régler la température, soit on arrose largement la salle d'eau , soit on règle la température "sur la bête !) dommage Petit déjeuner tout à fait satisfaisant ( sauf les jus "d'orange sanguin , ou normaux", font peut être une trop part à la chimie !)

L'hotel è molto accogliente, molto vicino al porto raggiungibile a piedi. Per la stanza consiglio di chiedere la vista sul mare, e se si viene in macchina consiglio di prenotare il parcheggio, perché fuori è molto difficile parcheggiare. La colazione è abbondante e la piscina molto grossa. Esperienza super positiva

Ho sempre sognato sin da bambina di soggiornare al Grand Hotel e adesso che ci sono riuscita sono tanto felice! Camera impeccabile, comoda, pulita e spaziosa, vista parco. La mattina per la colazione c'è tanta scelta dal dolce al salato, alla frutta. Lo staff dell' Hotel è gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni evenienza. C'è di bello che dopo il checkout alle 11:00 abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio fino al pomeriggio. Ci ritornerei volentieri, grazie per il bel soggiorno!

Das Grand Hotel in Arenzano ist von der Aufmachung ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Direkt vor dem Meer und mitten in Arenzano ist die Lage super. Das Personal ist das Highlight, jeder Angestellte ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Empfang, an der Poolbar, im Restaurant und auf dem Parkplatz, alles super nette Menschen. Das Hotel allerdings ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad ist super klein, der Aufzug schon recht alt, die Elektrik in den Zimmern ist hörbar (Knackgeräusche) und die Türen zum Flur wackeln im Rahmen und dämmen keinerlei Geräusche. Dafür sind die Fenster top, man hört von der Straße nichts. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers zu Beginn des Aufenthalts war eher 5/10. Es lagen vereinzelt Haare herum und tote Mücken, die noch frisch waren, klebten an der Wand. Das Essen im Hotel ist ebenfalls gut, allerdings ist das Restaurant sehr teuer im Verhältnis zu dem was es bietet. Die deutschsprachige Karte weist Fehler auf, die teilweise andere Gerichte beschreiben als dann serviert werden. Ik was erg teleurgesteld in de accomodatie. Het hotel lijkt vergaande glorie, met verouderde faciliteiten en een algemene sfeer van verwaarlozing. Wat het nog erger maakte, was het management volledig onbereikbaar is en ongeïnteresseerd leek te zijn. Mijn klachten, via e-mail, werden genegeerd en ik kreeg nooit een bevredigende reactie. Daarnaast waren er luidruchtige gasten die de hele dag lawaai maakten bij het zwembad en het toezicht op het zwembad zat de hele dag in de bar bij de handdoek waardoor er geen enkele controle was en dan wel zeggen dat je niet voor negen uur mag zwemmen ivm toezicht. Het gebouw heeft duidelijk veel achterstallig onderhoud en is sterk verouderd. Liften, schilderwerk, badkamer, onkruid rond het zwembad. Dit is absoluut geen plek die ik zou aanraden.

Grand Hotel . Quando per strada senti i ragazzini residenti che sognano di entrare a soggiornare in un hotel storico il cuore ti batte nel petto. Arenzano ormai è un quartiere residenziale di Genova , ma della Genova bene . Personale preparato, Chef stellato ( non stellato ma se continua così ci riesce ). Grazie . Ps. Voltri ❤️

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a luglio, per tre giorni, con la mia cagnolina (un bassotto) . Mi hanno prontamente avvisata che non avrebbe potuto frequentare piscina e spiaggia ma mi hanno anche indicato la “spiaggia dei cani” a Cogoleto e il servizio e-bike vicinissimo all’hotel, quindi mi sono spostata facilmente e con grande comodità. Camera vista mare piccola ma perfetta, pulitissima e molto curata. Colazione in veranda (quindi cagnolina ammessa) abbondante e veramente con tanta scelta. Parcheggiò in hotel. Visto che anche il tempo è stato incredibile non posso che dare 5 stelle ! Si parla sempre della scontrosità dei genovesi .. ma io ho incontrato solo persone gentilissime e disponibili : dalle ragazze della reception al personale di sala agli addetti al parcheggio. Tutto veramente molto bello.

Heel mooi hotel, prima ligging. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We hadden eerste avond goed diner. Toen een gerecht niet helemaal beviel kregen we zonder extra kosten een vervanging. Kamer aan de achterkant was heerlijk rustig. Alleen badkamer piepklein. Ook de douche was alleen met een schoenlepel te betreden. Privé strand ook heel goed, wel op enige afstand van het hotel. Het eigen zwembad prima.
