Poggio Hotel

Posizione comoda perché appena fuori dall' autostrada, ho prenotato x una notte stanza molto bella e spaziosa ma soprattutto pulita,ottimo aperitivo in camera, colazione a buffet molto ricca ,personale molto gentile ci tornerò presto

Hotel per viaggi da affari o come punto di partenza per le escursioni sul litorale ligure in quanto è attaccato all'autostrada. E' presente un parcheggio e un ristorante. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro e il lungomare. E' presente una piscina (nella hall dell'Hotel) che abbiamo sfruttato. E' presente anche una area relax con jacuzzi. Le camere sono ampie e la ns aveva anche un balconcino. Colazione nella media.

Di passaggio per lavoro in questo albergo, devo dire di esserne stato colpito favorevolmente. Vicinissimo all'imbocco autostradale, dispone di ampio parcheggio e di autorimessa interrata, si è però lontani da Arenzano centro, attorno non c'è nulla. Accoglienza molto buona e disponibile, stanza curata nell'arredamento e nei dettagli. E' disponibile un solarium con piscina e un ristorante di buon livello. Concludendo lo consiglio senza riserve per la gran qualità offerta ad un costo tutto sommato contenuto.

It's beautiful and well kept, everything is clean....very kind staff, friendly people, and in front of you you have the most beautiful sea, medium-high cost...it's true you're in Arenzano, but when I go to Arenzano I always go there..Then beautiful, clean, comfortable, more than that....

Hotel located very close to the roundabout leading to the motorway entrance, spacious rooms, livable balcony, equipped with armchairs and table. The courtesy kit for the bathroom was missing, such as hair caps, make-up remover wipes, cotton buds for the ears; slippers were missing; for my taste, the mattress was very hard and the pillow too high and firm. Problems at breakfast, almost a Fantozzian situation; there was a very large sports group that all had breakfast at the same time, causing a crisis for the waiters, the dining room and the kitchen; the tables were all occupied, the guests were waiting to be seated at the table; when after about 15 minutes we managed to find a table, all the basic products were missing, such as bread, cold cuts, croissants, even the hot drinks dispenser was out of order and we had to wait another ten minutes before they restored it. I was embarrassed for the staff; I hope it was an accident and not normal.

Due to health problems it was not possible for me to show up with my family at check-in and despite this and my late notice, the structure accepted the cancellation request, appearing truly friendly and understandable, meeting the customers' difficulties. I thank them from the bottom of my heart with the hope of having the opportunity to use the facility later on. Simone Zanni
