Vert charming hotel. Old style rooms. Quiet. Good neigbourhood. The owner makes you feel as a friendly uncle and you are his favorite nephew. No effort is too much. And always with a smile. At the breakfast table, you get served with fruit salads, eggs and everything else you want. Very charming colonial atmosphere!

Very beautiful colonial house a stone's throw from the historic center. A warm welcome from the owner. Our room was perfect and the breakfast plentiful. We appreciated the contact with José Antonio who helped us for the rest of our trip. And what’s more, in perfect French!

It is located in a colonial area and very close to the historic center, you cross the oldest bridge in the city and reach the center of Arequipa. We didn't stay here long, but felt like this was a good place to stay in Arequipa. We only stayed one night and had breakfast once since we had to get up early the day after. Owner was super friendly and spoke English well. We arrived with the night bus and breakfast would normally have already stopped, and they still provided us with a breakfast. 10-15minute walk to the city center, supermarket nearby (few minutes walking distance) so the location was good as well. We did the Colca Trek so only stayed one night, but the owner suggested to keep our luggage safe while we were away. Recommended!

Beautiful Hotel, close to the plaza de armas. Very nice, welcoming and attentionate people working there, who were flexible and helpful even given our tight schedule. Sad we did not stay longer, we absolutely recommend it!

Nice little quiet hotel about fifteen minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. Functional and clean rooms. Very friendly team and super available to help us organize the rest of our trip and advise us! Very pleasant breakfast on the terrace.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely hotel. It's a really authentic building with lots of space, inside and outside. Braulio helped us a lot. One of us got sick and he helped us with resceduling bus tickets, provided hot water all day long and asked multiple times if he could do something for us. They speak English perfectly, even the best we come across so far after 3 weeks in Peru. They also provided laundry service, even on Saterday and the shower is wonderful. Good beds also and the rooms are quite big. The owner even allowed us to stay in the room until 20h00 (to catch the night bus) without any additional cost. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Arequipa. Main square is a short walk of approximately 12 minutes.

Amazing stay in a lovely, family run place. Colonial style building with a very nice centre place used for taking a fabulous breakfast. Well situated in the city center, and still within a quite and relaxing quarter. Host very helpful and friendly, a joy to stay.

The host is super friendly. He gave us a special treat in the room for our honeymoon. The place is very pretty, local. Well situated. 10min walk from central place. Everybody is very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay !
