Amazing Location !! At arrival we were greeted by the Staff which were very professional and friendly. We were facilitated transport and tour guide information. We stayed at one of their Suites and it was pristine. (Thank you Doris for keeping the room spotless throughout our stay) !! I had the pleasure to meet Juan Trigoso ! He always greeted us with a smile and asked about our day . Juan offered us top notch service, very amiable, and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants & points of interest. Very pleased with Casa Andina Premium and its Staff . I would definitely recommend .

Oscar was the man. Oscars service was fantastic all the way through! He was a super nice human and spoke very strong English. I got to sit down with him and learn how to make a famous Peruvian sour alcoholic cocktail called a Pisco Sour. Great service!

One of the best hotels I've been at in Peru, and we have been to many here over the years. The atmosphere, security, room, food and service are top notch. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Arequipa. Jhonny was one of our favorites and was very helpful during our stay.

From the beginning to the end of our stay, their services were really great. They were happy to please us and make our stay wonderful. We had a major situation when all flights at Lima airport, including ours, got canceled, and we had to rearrange our dates at the hotel. They were diligent in accommodating us. Johnny, the valet guy, is wonderful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. We definitely will stay at this chain again.

Desayuno bastante surtido y la atención muy buena, es la segunda vez que vengo con mi hija ya que de verdad vale la pena, el ambiente bastante calmado y la comida buffet riquísima. El mesero que nos atendió venía a preguntarnos si queríamos algo más y nos traía los pedidos rápidamente.

El trato, el confort y la comida 5 estrellas. Nos atendieron de lo mejor. Hubo un pequeño retraso en la apertura del restaurante pero para hacernos sentir muy bien por el inconveniente nos dieron 4 pisco sour que estuvieron como los de catedral del hotel bolivar de Lima.

It was a very nice hotel and had great breakfast with tons of options and additionalthings to order. Everyone was so nice and very helpful with luggage, any questionswe had, places to see, places to eat. The people I interacted with the most were Juan, Aquilles, Oscar and Tab, they were amazing!!

It was only when we were shown the third room, that we reluctantly agreed to take it. The first room had a view of a brick wall, so little light, the second room was also dark, the third room had a small courtyard (with no direct light) and twin beds rather a double that we wanted. This hotel is in a prime location in overlooking the main square. It has a wonderful bar/restaurant on an upper floor in the colonnade that runs the length of one side of the square. The bedroom was a reasonable size and had enough sockets for devices. The bathroom was a little tired with a shower over the bath. Breakfast is served on the floor with the the view over the square. There is a machine that produces coffee, but does not have a setting for espresso. The range of food for breakfast There is a good range of local foods and drinks including Chicha morada on the evening dining menu. A great location however not all rooms are the same.

Situado en el casco antiguo de Arequipa, muy cercano a la plaza de armas. Trato muy amable de todo el personal. Enseguida nos trasladaron el equipaje a la habitación. Al llegar dijimos que era mi cumpleaños, el 30 de mayo, y nos dieron una habitación mejor con cama “king size”. La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda y señorial. La cama muy confortable, con almohadas de tacto agradable. El buffet del desayuno muy variado, de buena calidad: fruta fresca cortada, zumos naturales de distintas frutas, fiambres y quesos, opciones calientes variadas. Además nos ofrecieron varios platos calientes hechos al instante. Cafés y leche a discreción servido en la mesa. Un hotel muy recomendable!
