The room was ok except it needed more pillows and updated hairdryer where you don’t have to hold the button. The pool, work out room and spa was closed for 2 days and we were only there for 3. Hotel service in restaurant could be more pleasant. Hotel in an area which there is not much to do and car service is very limited to taxis , no buses.

Very nice hotel and very kind staff. Good restaurant and friendliness on all fronts. "Less positive" note for the Spa. But it's a personal matter. Everything very clean. Comfortable room but the single beds pushed together are annoying, the truth is, good breakfast. The spa is combined with a semi-Olympic swimming pool open to the outside so there are people swimming and us in the tub.

Pleasant weekend with overnight spa and massage package. The structure is new in some places, but in some areas a little dated. Friendly and helpful staff. Quality restaurant at affordable prices and average masseuses. All in all we had a very good time. Only piece of advice: the spa should be revised a bit in detail... perhaps make it more comfortable and refined, in order to attract more customers. Good luck

I return to Campania to do business, but I have to stop to sleep. And so in Ariano I return to the Meeting. And I wasn't wrong, the room was large and the mattress was brand new. In the bathroom, the shower looked like Las Vegas, which I would have stayed in all evening, but resting my head on the pillow that looked like a duvet, I fell asleep like a baby. Having woken up in the morning, I run down for a cappuccino, which although tasty, needed a little more salt for a perfect awakening. But nothing that a smile and a kind way of pampering a customer can't remedy to make a truly pleasant stay.

I stayed for one night in this property during a mototour. Nice and kind receptionists, large and clean rooms, perhaps not too updated. Very good catering, breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory. Overall a good facility.

We used a smartbox package and were very happy with it. Large hotel, well kept, perfectly clean. The rooms are equipped with a minibar, hairdryer, fantastic sofa, super-stocked courtesy set including sewing kit, shaving set, combs, nail file, as well as the usual caps, shampoo, shower gel and intimate hygiene. Commendable staff always ready and available, they also advised us where to go with a written note. Super abundant breakfast with various sweet and savory choices. The spa is nice and the rooms are large, the only note is that it is a little too noisy because the training pools are very popular. However, I had a very good time and if I were to return to the area, I will definitely return.

I'm starting from the assumption that I was a bit skeptical!!! But it was only a preconception because right from the moment of booking the suite with hydromassage tub in the room, everyone had been very kind and helpful. Upon arrival, Anna welcomed us, a kind, polite and helpful person. The suite is really nice, with a tub that seems very large indeed. The room service, always carried out by the receptionist, was excellent as was the cold cuts platter and the wine we requested (although the choice was really limited, although there was a sore point). I had requested a small cake for my partner's birthday, this too served in your room, but above all excellent!!! Really good. Wanting to make just one small note about the mold stains in the room which should be eliminated. We will definitely return for the suite but above all for the staff and their availability
