Hotel bien central con ascensor, pieza bastante comoda,con ventanal que otorga luminosidad, bien limpio ,cambio de toallas diario,lo malo es que desaparecio mi cepillo de dientes y al otro dia mi pasta de dientes,no encontre nunca a la camarera para preguntarle. Hotel no cuenta con frigobar ni aire o ventilador. Las comidas eran con un concesionario y hasta por ahi nomas, cargaditas al arroz

Hotel muy bien ubicado, central. Nos tocó segundo piso, en sector que da a Sotomayor. Sin aire, sin ventilador, sin frigobar. Cama buena, un poco corta la frazada. Baño sin extractor.... CON ascensor. Restaurant es concesionario, así que es un caso aparte, exceso de arroz en todo momento, falta de frutas aparte de manzanas y alguna pera. Nada de galletas, tortas, solo unos queques. Cambio diario de toallas.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones muy limpias. La atención de las camareras, del comedor y de la recepción realmente de muy buena calidad. Debo destacar en la recepción a la Srta. Jacqueline Ramos, quien aparte de solucionar o aclarar cualquier duda o requerimiento, tiene una gran simpatía, felicitaciones.

Es un excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación, muy buen servicio y yo lo recomendaría un montón. Ademas los/as recepcionistas me daban muy buenos consejos. Excelente hotel es espacioso y con estacionamiento incluido. Es recomendable

Bien ubicado en el casco histórico de la ciudad y centro comercial de Arica. Habitación bien mantenidas, limpias, con aire acondicionado. Quizás un poco cerrado el hotel, con poca luz natural. Tiene estacionamiento externo, muy cerca. El desayuno en pandemia era bueno, pero simple.

Estuve 12 días hospedada en el Hotel ly deja harto q desear la atención sobre todo el personal de la cocina. Malos modales y malas caras. Tuvimos varios problemas con la toallas llegábamos de la olayaby no nos podiamos bañar por que las toallas no estaban en la habitación las estaban secando Jamás volvería
