This review is not indicative of the original hotel I booked as upon arrival a note on the door stated that guests booked for that evening had to walk 500m down the road to another hotel! The good news is the new hotel was great,nice friendly lady on reception plus the view from our room was very pleasant.

Great basic hotel, good buffet style breakfast and rooms very clean. Didnt really see any staff only on checkin which was just a case of being given keys and we just left our keys on the desk when we left. On the downside there is no lift so you do have to carry your cases up the stairs and the cleaning products that are used in the rooms are very strong, so it was a case of as soon as you got in our room we had to open the windows !!! Our daughter had a room at the front which was very noisy with with people coming from various bars etc and returning guests walking to their rooms in ski boots. If your looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay this hotel is ideal. Minutes from the main gondola and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Just got home from a week's ski-ing. Cannot fault this hotel for their service. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is outstanding with themed nights from a full roast dinner to an Oriental banquet. Bar is not too big and not too small with a vast array of spirits. A log fire welcomes you after a day on the slopes and Thursday night is live music night. Rooms are clean and a generous size. Will happily return next year to see Graham, Maria, Pete and the rest of the staff. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday. Jane & Gary x

The property was a little bit dated, but was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Great value for money

What a fantastic hotel. Great location - 2 mins walk from ski gondola with storage at the back of the hotel. Staff are fantastic, friendly and so helpful. I was on a half board basis and food was really nice. 3rd time staying here and will book again for next year. Highly recommend it.
