Crowne Plaza Crystal City-Washington, D.C., an IHG Hotel Reviews

Was in town for 2 concerts one friday night and the other all day sat. Check in was smooth due to reservations. Rooms were clean as well as hotel in general. I e stayed there before in march 23 so I knew what to expect.

This hotel is better than expected. Breakfast and amenity and all services were satisfactory.

Pros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual. Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

Good location and friendly staffs.

Staff in the breakfast area were great- very kind and helpful! Location was ideal for anyone flying in/out of National Airport and being close to the metro was convenient for heading to DC.

The location from my actual location near the Crystal City Metro to the hotel was only a 7 minute walk. The added features Starbucks and the Veranda restaurant made the stay even more pleasant. The facilities are old and there is basically nothing in the room

The room facilities are not bad, and the sanitation is not bad. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is also very convenient. It is also very close to Cascade, about ten minutes' walk, and the service is also very good

The room is spacious and comfortable at the same price, and the front desk service is polite. There is a supermarket nearby, where you can buy fast food to solve the problem of eating.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes six or seven minutes to walk to the subway station. You can take the blue line directly to the center of dc, but the room facilities are generally very ordinary. The breakfast is acceptable

Crystal City is not too far from the National Mall. There is a direct subway. The surrounding environment is good, and there is a small cherry blossom park. There is whole food within a 10-minute walk, and you can solve the problem of eating here. The decoration of the hotel is quite satisfactory, the room is spacious at this price, the room service is timely, and the front desk is very friendly. There is a small bar downstairs, which is quite popular. There is a free shuttle bus, you have to make a phone call to pick it up.

The hotel is a little old and the room is relatively old. The floor is not high, but it is quiet and there is no landscape. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and an 8-minute walk from the nearby supermarket. The location is good and the service is acceptable

Overall is OK, but the room is quite old
