ROACHES!!! Firstly, we are Titanium Members. I made a reservation at the Four Points Hotel for my husband and his friend to attend an event at the AT&T Stadium on June 8th. When he arrived at approximately 8:40 pm (EST), the front desk agent, Alisha (I think that was her name), was rude. To add insult to injury, when he arrived in the room, there were cockroaches!! He was sooo MAD that his entire demeanor was angry when I spoke to him. I called the front desk, and the nonchalant FD Agent stated she would send someone to the room instead of moving my husband. My husband called me and advised me the hotel had someone spray the room; he was extremely irritated and aggravated by this time. Hotels are supposed to be a "home away from home." They are supposed to make you feel at home, familiar, and trusted, and they should offer a high level of service. I left a message for the manager; as of this date, I still haven't received a call regarding this incident. I would not recommend this property to ANYONE.

Stayed for 5 nights, staff was friendly, was clean. I did ask for the room to get serviced. It didn’t the day I asked, but it did the next day. Overall it’s good for when you’re out and about and just using it for sleep like we did.
