The access is terrible, full of holes and it is really very difficult to get in and out of there. They told me it was because it had rained and when the rains ended they were going to repair it. Lie. The last few days were sunny and they never did. We rented a car so we could get in and out with difficulty. The buildings are old but they have been remodeled, at least the room we had with a sea view, very good. Breakfast is acceptable. The food served at the hotel is mediocre, with little flavor. My kids ate a steak and half of it was pure fat. It is a place to come and stay for couples looking for tranquility. If you are looking for bars and nights, no. Unless you want to go downtown every day with the road in terrible condition.

It costs 80 reais to the center. The room is not delivered until 3pm and the one I got was a little far from reception and at the end of two stairs and they don't help you with your suitcase. In my case, the bathroom had a lot of humidity. Very poor quality shampoo, cream and soap. Breakfast starts late, if you have activities you miss it. In conclusion, in my case I only planned two activities outside, the rest enjoyed Caravelas beach and it was worth staying here for the tranquility.

The disappointment began from the access road to the venue, a 3km path that took us about 15 minutes by vehicle due to the poor condition of the access road.! Due to the distance of the “Hotel” from the city, Uber vehicles do not arrive, and the taxis that do do so charge you whatever they want, so if you want to get to know Buzios and have not rented a car, this is not the place to stay, under any circumstances. point of view. Regarding the facilities, the “new” pieces comply, the older ones leave a lot to be desired in terms of appearance and comfort since the mattresses are quite old. In the common rooms they only turn on the air conditioning during breakfast and dinner, so there is no place to escape the heat while you wait. We had problems with 2 of the 3 rooms, constant problems with 1 bathroom in 1 room, and due to rain 1 room flooded to which the “Hotel” did nothing about it and the receptionist of the place, Lucas, told us that it was not their responsibility and that we should call maintenance and manage as best we could...that night we ended up sleeping in my children's room... Breakfast and dinner is acceptable. The attention is very friendly but slow. Additionally, after 730PM no one can sell you a capiriña, they can only sell you bottled drinks. The place has a club house which has a couple of taca tacas and some gaming tables which are also in poor condition. Caravelas beach is nice but not suitable for small children to swim in. On the beach they remove the lounge chairs at 1730 along with closing the cafe.
