O PortoBay Buzios é nossa casa em Búzios há mais de 11 anos. Amamos todos os momentos que passamos no hotel, onde somos muito bem tratados por todo o staff. Menção honrosa ao Levi, a Jô e as meninas do café da manhã, Gegê e Priscila, que são sempre maravilhosas com nossa família. Voltaremos sempre!

Não estive nesse hotel pois fomos atingidos pela enchente de maio, perdemos tudo e no ato do acontecimento eu cancelei a viagem, até porque mesmo que quisessemos não poderíamos viajar pois o aeroporto estava desativado. A GOL devolveu cada centavo do dinheiro, mas o hotel, que com certeza ocupou o quarto já que fiz o cancelamento quase 1 mês antes da viagem. O hotel sequer deu uma opção de crédito para usar em outro momento. Então, mesmo que a gente viaje um dia pro RJ esse hotel está totalmente descartado. Administração sem um pingo de empatia e compreensão.

Simplesmente 3E: EXCEPCIONAL, EXEMPLAR e EXCELENTE.
Fomos super bem atendidos, o Roberto, a Priscila assim como todos os outros funcionários foram muito solicitos, superando as expectativas.
Houve um problema inicial logo que chegamos, mas imediatamente foi reparado.
As instalações do hotel são muito confortáveis, a cama é maravilhosa, e o café da manhã é muito bom.
A suíte Royal é excelente !

Las habitaciones enormes, limpias y cómodas. El personal del hotel súper amable , la ubicación excelente para ir caminando al centro y para ir caminando a Praia Brava y Joao Fernández. Súper recomendable. Fui con un grupo de amigas, todas estamos felices con la elección !

Wir waren bereits vor etwa 20 Jahren in dem Hotel, als es noch in Privatbesitz war, und sind deshalb dorthin zurückgekehrt. Alles sieht noch genauso aus wie damals, nur die Vegetation hat mächtig zugelegt und könnte hier und da einen Schnitt vertragen. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und können das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Einziger Schwachpunkt: wir hatten über das Hotel einen Buggy reserviert. Schlechte Entscheidung! Der Anbieter hat nur uralte verrostete Buggys im Angebot. Bei unserem Exemplar konnte man die Straße durch die Löcher im Bodenblech sehen, und das Getriebe war dermaßen ausgeschlagen, dass bergauf fahren zum Abenteuer wurde. Nach nur 4 Stunden haben wir das Gefährt entnervt zurückgegeben und der Hotel-Rezeption empfohlen, unbedingt den Anbieter zu wechseln, weil mit diesen Buggys die Gäste unnötig verärgert werden.
