Nos hospedamos pela primeira vez neste hotel, e por ser pet friendly, também levamos nosso filho de 4 patas. Ficamos na suite super luxo, que fica na ala 2 hotel, onde fica o restaurante principal e a melhor parte da área de lazer, com curto acesso a praia. O quarto é super confortável, café da manhã excelente (servido na mesa quando vazio, e em sistema de buffet quando mais cheio), equipe do hotel muito educada e bem preparada. Recepcionaram super bem nosso pet, e ele adorou a tia Ane Helen (acho que é assim que se escreve) e o tio Douglas. Atendimento no bar da piscina excepcional também, de todos que nos atenderem lá nos dias que ficamos na piscina. Não cobram taxa extra por levar o seu pet. Ahh, e ainda ganhei um bolo de aniversário, com direito a parabéns da equipe e tudo. Com certeza voltaremos.

Pequeno no tamanho, mas com funcionários prestativos, limpeza muito boa, comida saborosa, ambiente agradável, quartos confortáveis, muitas piscinas (contei 9) para adultos e crianças, perto da praia e com preços justos, enfim muito agradável.

Quarto: Bom, confortável, amplo. Cama boa. Roupa de cama limpa, de qualidade. Quarto fica escuro. Silencioso. (Na área próxima ao estacionamento da rua de trás). Limpeza: ok. Recreadores: crianças não ficaram com recreadores. Em um momento pintaram e fizeram penteado no cabelo. (5 e 7 anos) Brinquedoteca bem básica. Tem ainda Campo de futebol de areia. Várias Piscinas, todas elas aquecidas. Bem limpas. 3 minutos a pé da praia. Sem tráfego de carro. Comida: Não estava cheio o hotel. E talvez seja o motivo de não ter muita variedade. Porém, a comida não estava saborosa. Pelo preço da diária esperava mais. Atendentes e garçons muito solícitos. Check in e check out rápidos.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to the beach. Good buffet food. Only down side was that generally only the furthest bar from the room was open. The other poolside bar was mainly closed and the bar in the games room was always closed.

Iniciamos nossa reserva em contato com o gerente Pedro, resolveu uma divergência de valor e foi muito atencioso e preocupado em nos ajudar e agradar.Tanto a Gabriela quanto Fabiana do setor de reservas nos ajudaram antes e durante a estadia sendo cordiais e educadas. Ao chegarmos no quarto fomos surpreendidos com uma espumante de presente. Durante a estadia achamos o café da manhã maravilhoso! Recreação bem animada, limpeza do quarto sensacional!
