O hotel é muito mal administrado. Eu cheguei no hotel e não tinha toalha disponível. Disseram q estava secando. O café da manhã é muito fraco, não tem copos suficiente,não tem xícaras suficientes e acabam as frutas, ovo, suco e não tem pra.repor. Falta funcionários!

Decepcionante !!!
Descaso total em plena alta temporada! Cheguei para o check in às 19:00hs e faltava roupa de cama no quarto, pia do banheiro cheia de cabelos; café da manhã péssimo, muito fraco com bolo velho e poucas opções, não condiz com as fotos do site. A piscina estava imunda, sem condições de se tomar banho, ar condicionado enferrujado, pousada mal conservada e a áreas comuns sujas, pedi o estorno do meu pagamento e fui embora, enfim, uma decepção!

Decepção em todos os Sentidos!
Insatisfação completa do primeiro ao último dia de hospedagem!
1-Logo no check-in ja recebemos a notícia que não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas, mas ate ai tudo bem, tem hotéis que realmente não disponibilizam mesmo...o problema é que a pousada tem varias escadas, com degraus super perigosos, para crianças, ou alguém com alguma dificuldade de mobilidade e impossível...acessibilidade no local nao existe.
2-Nosso banheiros simplesmente estava sujo, alguém tinha usado, feito o número 2 e não tinha dado descarga, e a tampa estava quebrada...ou seja o quarto não tinha cido limpo para nossa estadia, fui imediatamente reclamar na recepção, enviaram uma pessoa no quarto q veio estramente nervosa, alengando que o quarta estava limpo e o banheiro tbm, pois ela mesmo tinha limpado, e se estava sujo foi porque alguemtinha usado,insinuado minha família tinha feito aquilo, mesmo com tudo isso, não limpou e nao reconheceu o erro, simplesmente deu descarga e foi embora, jogar nenhum produto e limpar!
3- ficamos usando a mesma toalha de segunda a quarta-feira, mesmo eu indo todo dia pedir para trocar.
4- Gerente Eliana super mau educado e grossa,toda vez q ia reclamar de algo,ela sempre dizia que nao depedia dela , e sempre outras pessoas, momento algum se demostrava constrangida e disposta a resolver o problema, ao contrario se mostrava muito incomodada com as solicitações.
5- banheiro, não eram limpo, o cheiro de urina e esgoto insuportável
