Bliss Hotéis Concept

The hotel is very good, but it doesn't have a kitchen, restaurant or water.

Muito decepcionante. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, o café da manhã era fraco e nada higiênico, com copos sujos. A geladeira estava imunda por fora e o espaço tinha teias de aranha. Além disso, o café era de 08:00 às 10:00, mas às 09:30 já não havia mais praticamente nada, mesmo em baixa temporada, e eles não faziam reposição. A camareira só arruma os quartos até meio-dia, e quando arruma, não faz reposição de toalhas nem de papel higiênico e não varre a varanda do quarto. Aliás, varreu o chão de forma superficial. A piscina só foi limpa no dia em que fomos embora. Na sexta-feira, ficamos sem luz das 11h às 18h, e nos informaram que voltaria às 16h30 devido à manutenção, o que não aconteceu. Meu namorado foi pedir outras toalhas de banho e papel higiênico, pois não repuseram durante a arrumação, e o recepcionista disse que não havia toalhas limpas, alegando que as toalhas vinham de uma empresa terceirizada. Isso, apesar de estarmos em baixa temporada e com poucos hóspedes. No entanto, quando abriu o quartinho para pegar o papel higiênico, o local estava cheio de toalhas limpas, porém todas encardidas. O ventilador de teto era só "enfeite" porque não funcionava, faltou água duas vezes, e a "recepção 24 horas" era uma piada. À noite, meu namorado foi à recepção duas vezes e não encontrou ninguém; os funcionários sumiam do nada. Houve uma situação em que um hóspede chegou, procurou o recepcionista, não encontrou ninguém, e ele mesmo foi até o chaveiro para pegar sua própria chave. Isso é um absurdo! E se fosse uma pessoa mal-intencionada e pegasse a chave do quarto de outra pessoa? O único ponto positivo é a localização, que é relativamente próxima do centro, e a pousada é bem arejada. Os funcionários até são simpáticos, mas não fazem o mínimo para ajudar. No final da estadia, meu namorado tentou dar um toque ao recepcionista sobre os problemas que enfrentamos, mas ele mal nos deu atenção e pouco se importou com o que meu namorado estava falando. Resumindo, não esperávamos um atendimento vip, entretanto, o básico que um hóspede espera eles não puderam entregar, diante disso tudo, não recomendo nem para o meu maior desafeto essa pousada, e com toda certeza não voltarei nem para passar na porta. E, para completar, o Wi-Fi é péssimo e quase não funciona.

Not recommended without towels, humid room, poor service, poor breakfast and poor service

The inn has everything to be good. But the owners saved on staff. The same two people responsible for breakfast are also responsible for cleaning. Despite their good will, they are unable to accommodate guests. The cafe's food runs out quickly. There is no time to clean the tables and take all of the guests' requests. The towels and bed linen are old and dingy. The bathroom floor rug is almost like a floor cloth. One day they didn't clean my room because there wasn't time, due to the logistics applied at the place (they start from the bottom and my room was upstairs, so the only two employees couldn't clean it during the period I was away - from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.). I think the place has everything to be much better. But we need to stop saving money on staff, especially during high season.

Room with a leak in the ceiling, it rained and we had to put a jar to contain the water that wet the bed. They didn't clean the room one day, nor did they make the bed. There were no towels. Poor breakfast, very poor.

The hotel space is large, several places to relax, take beautiful photos, wooded, very beautiful views. Good, spacious room, very soft bed...soft, but good, good shower. Very good swimming pool. Good breakfast, but could improve. The coffee machine was not working for all options. But manually brewed coffee is better. Cleaning of the cafe area could also be improved. To get to the beaches and Rua das Pedras, you can walk. But as the hotel is located high up, you need to be willing to climb the hills. Reception staff very attentive and helpful. Overall we liked the hotel. We recommend.

I was at the inn in 2022 and it was very good! So I decided to go back and it was disappointing. I didn't know that the inn is under new management, called Bliss Hotéis. The service has gone down a lot! The previous owner was friendly and the services offered were of great quality, now they have dropped a lot! the breakfast (which was great) is really bad! the room needed renovation, there wasn't even a floor/carpet to put in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken, I had to ask for toilet paper at reception because it wasn't replenished. The air conditioning was having problems, there are no sun loungers/chairs around the pool, if you want to sit there is no way. It's a shame because the guesthouse is very well located and has a beautiful structure! But the service offered is very bad! Out of 10 are the staff, especially Luciana at reception. The coffee girls are great too! I hope the inn offers quality service again.

It's our fifth or sixth time at the guesthouse and it's our safe place in Búzios. Some things should be considered before giving a negative review. First: she is tall, yes. But this gives you privacy and a perfect view in the superior suites. The lower access saves you time and leaves you literally 10 minutes from Rua das Pedras. Stairs: Yes, there are many. But it is because the inn respected the slopes of the land and was built with the preservation and better use of the property in mind. That said, the breakfast is phenomenal, the staff are always very friendly and helpful and the infrastructure is very good. They replaced the curtains with a tempered shower, there is a (quality) ceiling fan + air conditioning. If you arrive too early, there are bathrooms at reception and spaces for you to rest while waiting for check-in. We stayed for 7 days and finally we felt at home, even with the staff who were all very kind (from the girls in the kitchen + reception [Naná, Alda, Janete and Alzira] to the management with Nelson and the guy who took care of the infrastructure The garden has several Wi-Fi points (pool, reception, garden), as well as recent partnerships that sound very interesting. While we were there, they were renovating the pool deck and adding a small straw umbrella with chairs next to the pool. The light fixtures are very tasteful and there is always a cup of coffee waiting for you at reception, day or night. The reception is literally open 24 hours a day and the hotel is very safe, with a safe in the rooms and several security cameras. The owners are there, helping to serve you. breakfast is available for any unforeseen circumstances, but on our trip everything was perfect. We are fans of the inn, we always stay there 5 times in a row in the suite with a sea view and the peace is priceless. and you can walk to the beaches: Armação, Canto*, Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernandes, Fernandinho, Foca*, Forno* and Brava* To eat cheaply, avoid the main streets, check out the restaurant in front of the bus station or on the adjacent streets. *if you are willing to walk for about half an hour or so.

The inn is very well located, with an incredible view, very attentive people who treat guests as if they were family. The accommodations are very comfortable, with a balcony to watch the sunset, and a very good breakfast. I recommend!
