Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Armacao Dos Buzios

Procurava por um hotel bem localizado para não precisar usar o carro para deslocamentos dentro da cidade de Búzios. Acabei escolhendo o Selina Búzios por estar praticamente dentro da Rua de Pedras e com fácil acesso a restaurantes e praias da região. O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. O ar condicionado deu conta do amplo quarto e o chuveiro a gás funcionou muito bem, assim como todo o restante. Fomos muito bem atendidos, especialmente no restaurante. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto que passava em horários totalmente aleatórios (em plena alta temporada) e não realizou a troca de toalhas a cada três dias conforme constava nas regras gerais. Precisei no mesmo dia solicitar por duas vezes na recepção o serviço que não ocorreu. Acabou que eu mesmo peguei as toalhas novas e realizei a troca. A localização é realmente privilegiada. Poucos passos de ótimos restaurantes e da parte badalada de Búzios. Para ir as praias optei por não tirar o carro da garagem e utilizar o serviço de uber e barco táxi. Estacionamentos na região ultrapassam os R$50, por isso da minha escolha. A piscina é bem grande e esteve limpa por todo o período em que estivemos hospedados. O fundo é pintado e em vários trechos a tinta está descolando. O melhor seria se fosse de azulejo. É uma parte muito interessante do hotel com muitas cadeiras e locais para passar o tempo no entorno. Na alta temporada de Janeiro, paguei um valor de R$400 a diária incluindo acomodação e estacionamento. Optei por não pegar o café da manhã, há muitos bons locais oferecendo o serviço e gastava em torno de R$25 para duas pessoas. Acho que valeu a pena a escolha do hotel considerando os preços praticados nos hotéis da região na alta temporada.

All very good, perfect care, reception, even cleaning, I surely indicate to all pass through this wonderful experience, surely I'll come back thousands more times, buzios is a wonderful small town and with its excellent service, it is better even

The hotel is incredible,it only sinned in two items that were not in the room, mirrors and place to leave the beach clothes to dry,in the lack of sun everything is in the bathroom without place to hang the parts.And essential mirror in the room and had no.But finally. The rest of the hotel was very wonderful.

The service of all the staff is great, you will be welcomed at first and very friendly. In addition, the facilities are clean and comfortable, simple but make you feel at home. The swimming pool and garden are well maintained. Only breakfast that deserves more attention in food refrigeration. Some fruits are hot, like watermelons, but other than that, everything else is great. The parking lot can accommodate 3 parking spaces. My assessment will be considered at the Villa Valentina Hotel. (I booked a room in Vila Pitanga, but due to logistical errors, I moved to Villa Valentina. Even if I changed the hotel, I didn’t have any headaches or problems. All very good To eat, I recommend closing your eyes. I plan to return and take away more family members.

We arrived 30 minutes prior to our checkin and the concierge told us our room wasn’t ready. No big deal. We had 2 rooms (one for my family and one for my sisters) so I gave them both our names and went for lunch. I informed them my sister would be arriving later in the day. My family went and had lunch and when we went back upstairs they said my room wasn’t ready, but my sisters was (even though I told them my sister was arriving LATER IN THE DAY). When my sister arrived we all went to our rooms and realized they were too small and asked for an upgrade. This was a mission since the same lady thought we were disputing our reservations but all we wanted was to upgrade (my sister and I are fluent Portuguese speakers, we are native to Brazil, so it was NOT a language barrier) We FINALLY upgraded and our new rooms at 4PM (3 hours after I arrived). They said the room needed to be cleaned and asked us to wait. No issue. UNTIL it was past 8:30pm and our room was STILL not ready and we had 3 kids in our party that needed to go to bed. At this point we found out that THE ENTIRE RESORT HAS 1 CLEANING LADY and that was why this was taking so long. Ou rooms were only ready at 9:30PM. When we went to speak to the manager, he completely disregarded my sister and would only speak to my husband which was very sexist. He and the whole staff truly offered ZERO assistance to make anything better, and this was ALL ON THE FIRST DAY. Cherry on the cake, the bar only has 1 bottle opener and the towels are stained and old. The staff and manager are unequipped and undertrained. Terrible experience.

We stayed for 2 nights in December 2023 & would happily have stayed longer. all the staff were very helpful & friendly with my attempts at Portuguese causing much hilarity. The swimming pool is a major bonus, it's great to have somewhere to swim lengths. The Tuna we had for dinner was also a highlight. We loved the location, great swimming beach around 5 minutes walk and walks out to the headland with great views. It's around 1/2 an hour walk into the centre over a hill but taxis are easily available (R$25 one-way)
