I was in town to attend a work function and chose to stay here due to its proximity to the meeting. This motel exceeded my expectations, the recently refurbished rooms were fantastic, the little touches like electric blanket, door draft stopper, fantastic soaps and shampoo. The staff were extremely friendly on check in, I didn't try the restaurant which is located next to the hotel, but heard extremely positive things. I would definitely return to this place, and recommend it to others.

The Country Comfort Armidale was top notch. Freshly renovated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quiet. Upon check in the staff were warm and helpful, offering recommendations on where to go for an early morning coffee and which places would require a booking for dinners etc. Ample parking onsite and easy walking distance to plenty of options. We will definitely be booking this place again when we pass through Armidale.

Excellent great value motel. Recently refurbished room. Excellent bed and we slept very well. Bathroom tastefully renovated; quality shower fittings and great water pressure. Quiet location but easy to walk to shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Armidale.

Best motel experience ever, Peter and his team have just got everything done well . From the moment we walked into reception until we checked out we were amazed and delighted with everything, the rooms have been styled to perfection with little amenities and attention to detail thoughtfully designed. Congratulations on your warm country hospitality and accommodation.

We enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable night at the Country Comfort. The room was clean and we felt very safe. The motel is close to the town centre and we went out for food as the motels restaurant was closed. Instead we went to The White Bull restaurant/pub which had a very good selection of food at a reasonable price. All in all an enjoyable one night stay with a very friendly owner on site.

I was in Armidale for 2 weeks for work and after initially only booking for a few nights, decided to stay here the whole time. I had a few different rooms and they were all very modern and clean. It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Armidale, there are food options nearby and the owners were very helpful and friendly.

Clean and modern rooms. Renovate with nice bathroom. Owner very friendly and helpful, also the ladies doing the housekeeping are happy and friendly as well. So many choices to have meals within walking distance as well as shops and parks. Highly recommended

A really lovely place, spotless and lovely owners. We had a mixup with our booking (not the hotels fault) it was sorted easily. We arrived in a heatwave and the air-conditioning was fabulous. I accidentally left something in my room the staff found it and posted. It was a really lovely place.
