The experience of this hotel is the worst I have ever had in my life. There is no parking space, I can't move my luggage, the waiter's attitude is bad 👎, there is no one after 10 o'clock in the evening, and some people sleep on the sofa in the aisle, which feels unsafe. I will not book this hotel in the future.

This was the worst stay ever. We stayed there for 4 nights and not a single day room service was done. Even we put the note “please clean the room” out side the door but not cleaned at all where in the description it says daily house keeping. The room is really small. Even we called them to clean the room but still the same.It said its full price was around $900 but we got the room @458. Its a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because their customer service was worst and no parking too. The hotel looked luxury from outside only in the reception. I would rather put light on this topic to trip.com that I should get a refund for not giving me daily housekeeping but its mentioned in your website. It I will never go back there and thank you for not giving the service as you write in your description.

Though the room was small but it is ok for one pax.However the toliet bowl was open and the shower cabin was too small.
