The hotel is very clean and good quality

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Arnhem central station, with luggage. The people at front desk are very hospitable and they provide all the necessary assistances needed. The room are neat and clean. No smoke smell or dirty spots. But you need take your own tooth brush/paste, slipper. Breakfast are with diversified food and drinks. Not much choice with salad though. There is a grocery just next to the hotel and you can get many things there. Pretty convenient. Too many different styles of restaurant around the neighbourhood. There is also some attractive sites for sightseeing just by walk. Pretty nice choice for travellers to stay two or three nights.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is poor however I would definitely recommend for short 1/2 night of stays.

Good Place for short stay. Not far from the train station.

The room heater didn't work. I told the front desk twice on the day of arrival, but it still didn't work overnight. It didn't work until the morning when I reported it to the front desk again. During breakfast, I asked a Chinese-speaking Singaporean guest, who had the same heater problem last night. However, I was lucky. After reporting it to the front desk, I turned it on and off repeatedly and it started working.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The breakfast was good and I had enough fruit salad. But the room did not provide slippers and toothbrushes, which is different from the domestic habits. In addition, I gave up cleaning and only gave a bottle of water, which was a bit of a rip-off.

The family room I booked was very big and had new facilities, but breakfast was free for everyone. When I ordered the room in China, I had to pay extra. I felt a bit cheated. The hotel has a parking lot and it is very safe. It is very convenient to go out to AH supermarket. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

A very messy hotel. I queued for an hour to check in. I paid and was told there were no rooms. There was nothing I could do.
