The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Arnhem central station, with luggage. The people at front desk are very hospitable and they provide all the necessary assistances needed. The room are neat and clean. No smoke smell or dirty spots. But you need take your own tooth brush/paste, slipper. Breakfast are with diversified food and drinks. Not much choice with salad though. There is a grocery just next to the hotel and you can get many things there. Pretty convenient. Too many different styles of restaurant around the neighbourhood. There is also some attractive sites for sightseeing just by walk. Pretty nice choice for travellers to stay two or three nights.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is poor however I would definitely recommend for short 1/2 night of stays.

The family room I booked was very big and had new facilities, but breakfast was free for everyone. When I ordered the room in China, I had to pay extra. I felt a bit cheated. The hotel has a parking lot and it is very safe. It is very convenient to go out to AH supermarket. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The central location of the hotel was ideal as we were in Arnhem for 2 days. Very friendly staff, excellent room and the breakfast was fine. We were even allowed to use their refrigerator because we had to keep something cold. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and location for a weekend trip or a night out. In terms of hygiene OK. Clean room but long hair in the bathroom. Breakfast on Sunday morning was, as announced, very busy and a lot of chaos. No more croissants and rolls. Long waiting times.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There's a markt nearby, so it's great for sightseeing. It's just under a 10-minute walk from the station, so we arrived quickly. The room was very clean, and there was an electric kettle and coffee sticks, which was nice. For breakfast, there were several types of bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, salami, several types of cheese, jam, yogurt, cereal, etc. It was delicious!

The service is very good and the quality of the rooms is great. For those who have just gone to Arnhem, the Netherlands, even if you have questions about travel, transportation, shopping, etc., the hotel front desk can solve them one by one. It is highly recommended.
