O hotel tem uma vista linda e fica numa localização muito boa . Adoramos o café da manhã e o atendimento da recepcionista Evelin. A decoração é rústica e o jardim e a área da piscina tem plantas lindas . O quarto precisa de manutenção pelo cheiro de mofo , descarga do banheiro com problema e pia entupida. A ducha tem água quente ( aquecimento a gás) mas tem pouca pressão a água na suíte mais alta onde ficamos .

Ótima localização, a 250m da Praia Mucugê e Rua principal Mucugê. Quartos com vista mar, café da manhã das 7h as 10h. A 10 minutos da Praia Pitinga. Recepção perfeita. Muito atenciosos, além de ser um ambiente super familiar. Bahia ☀️♀️

Experiência única Hotel formidável Atendimento 10 Café da manhã excelente As piscinas com hidro foi tudo muito perfeito. O apartamento tudo novo, tudo bem limpo, camas e travesseiros novos. Vista maravilhosa. O hotel dispõe de carro pra fazer os translados desejados. Só falar com o Alex. Jovem Alan da recepção muito atencioso. Estão de parabéns Recomendo.

O hotel tem uma vista bonita e as acomodações são razoáveis. O quarto parecia ser recém-reformado com mobiliário em bom estado. Entretanto, encontramos baratas na piscina e no quarto. A barata do quarto estava na “sanca” do teto que oferece q luz indireta no banheiro e deste modo, inalcançável a uma boa chinelada. Quando pedimos na recepção um inseticida disseram que não possuíam e que não podiam fazer nada para ajudar. Nenhuma proatividade e disposição em querer ajudar. No outro dia que encontramos uma aranha no quarto já estávamos munidos de inseticida. O hotel oferece cardápios de 2 restaurantes parceiros. Pedimos dois pratos e a comida era ruim, de péssima aparência, servida em uma embalagem frágil de isopor. O hotel não oferece secador de cabelos no quarto e as tomadas dos banheiros são de 10 amperes. O café da manhã é básico e razoável. As moças que trabalham lá não oferecem, mas podem trazer manteiga, geleia e mel. Elas também podem fazer tapiocas.

Hotel muito bom, quarto amplo e limpo. A localização é excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Ótimo café da manhã. Se precisar de transfer o Alex que atende o hotel é a pessoa ideal, muito gentil, simpático e profissional.
