We received the most friendly Welcome from the 2 Hotel Receptionists who also greeted our little dog very lovingly, then presented her with a dog biscuit in a little gift bag. We were then given a free upgrade. We found Our room was large, modern, very clean, several complimentary drinks in their fridge. Everything worked such as shower, safety deposit box, iron, TV. Faultless !! Breakfast was impressive with a vast choice of food & hot & cold drinks in a large spacious room. Our dog once again Welcome in this extremely Dog Friendly hotel. We loved our 1 night stay here and would highly recommend to Others. Once again the Receptionists made our visit special after a very long journey they were like a breath of fresh air, so thoughtful helpful and spoke excellent English.

Mercure hors norme pas sa qualité d'accueil et de service. Toujours un accueil exemplaire de gentillesse et d'écoute. Chambre privilège très fonctionnelle. Seul bémol les personnels changent trop souvent. Mon hôtel préféré sur ARRAS.

Hôtel bien situé au pied de la gare, une très belle chambre, l'établissement propose un espace d'accueil spacieux avec de bons équipements: babyfoot, TVs, table ping pong, livres, jeux de sociétés,... et un personnel très serviable!

Très bon accueil, chambre privilège, très propre, lit très confortable, chambre très bien insonorisée, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et diversifié ( viennoiseries, gâteaux, sucré /salé, jus de fruit, boissons chaudes, céréales etc…)

Tres bon hotel conforme aux standards Mercure. Les chambres sont spacieuses de même que la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner également conforme avec des produits régionaux. La salle de restaurant et petit déjeuner est très bien décorée. Literie confortable, j y ai très bien dormi.

Hotel is rated as a 4 star however, the rooms are not 4 star. No fridge, only 1 pillow each, not enough coffee/ milk for a family room and the room is really dark! I understand the cool black ceiling but just not enough light to see.
Booked a table in the restaurant for 7 of us but reception only booked for a table of 4- turned out well as there’s so many fabulous restaurants in the town, we were spoilt for choice.
Overall it’s fine- breakfast was good and the staff were great
