Muy buen alojamiento en Arroyo Frio. Personal amable y buenas instalaciones. La única pega, el colchón. Demasiado blando y viejo para una habitación de hotel.

Everything was great, the food was exquisite, it's not worth going out here every day for lunch or dinner, large plates of grilled meats, we were 6 people. The hotel is old but clean, to say something bad, there is an excessive smell of bleach when they clean, breakfast if you include it, sausages, bread to toast some fruit, milk, coffee, juices, cereals, milk buns and some sweets, a good stay.

El trato recibido al llegar fue desagradable. Exigieron el pago del resto de la estancia antes de acceder a las habitaciones (cuando lo normal es pagar el último día, máxime cuando ya habían cargado días atrás el importe de la primera noche y disponían de los datos de la tarjeta de crédito) y comprobamos que las características de 2 de ellas no se correspondían con lo reservado. Tras protestar (la opción que plantearon y con una falta de profesionalidad notoria ante nuestra reclamación fue ofrecer la devolución de lo pagado, anulando la reserva, sabiendo que no era factible aceptarlo tras desplazarnos hasta allí) dimos 2 opciones previas a la solicitud de una hoja de reclamaciones: o alojarnos en unas habitaciones acordes a la reserva o abonar el precio correspondiente al tipo de habitación verdaderamente asignada. Optaron por la segunda, pero el perjuicio de no tener camas individuales en una de las habitaciones (precisamente la que llevaba un recargo respecto al resto) a pesar de constar claramente en la reserva supuso un hándicap por el que jamás volveremos a alojarnos allí, no sólo por el trato recibido sino porque no están justificadas las 4 estrellas ni de lejos.

Leí en otros comentarios que no tenían nevera en las habitaciones y lo que hice es llevarme una. Las camas super bien. La almohada regu . Pero la verdad esque está genial. Tanto piscina. Hamacas, sombras en la piscina . Había una mesa de billar un futbolín y una mesa de ping pon . Todo muy bien ... Y la limpieza genial. La comida y los desayunos en el bar , muy buena y buen precio. The service was good, the breakfast was quite good, I really appreciate the coffee that comes from a coffee machine and not a vending machine. Another thing to value as good is the bathroom, it was recently renovated. Comfortable beds. Cons: you can hear the neighbors a lot.
