Overall a very pleasant stay, enjoyed a boat ride on the water in front of the lodge which was very relaxing. Staff at the lodge were friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and enjoyed both meals. Grounds were beautiful and serene.

The lodge is very well located in the forest. We were a bit anxious when we took the road but what a surprise when we arrive : a nice small lake with a stone stair leads you to the lodge. Beautiful old building and park with only few bedrooms for intimacy. Food was acquisitive and team very friendly. No swimming pool.

We took a safari trip with Natural Habitat Adventures and happily for us, they use this lodge as a starting and ending point for the trip. We were so impressed. It is a peaceful, beautiful space with abundant wildlife (colobus monkeys everywhere! blue monkeys too) and bird life. The rooms are pretty and the beds are very comfortable. The food was excellent, and they catered beautifully to several dietary restrictions in our group of 13. There are nature walks, ponies and a small boat you can tour the lake with. The staff is lovely and helpful. If you are near Kiliminjaro airport and need a fabulous place to stay I HIGHLY recommend Ngoro Sero lodge.

Sadly a short trip for us, but dinner sealed it as it felt like home cooking! Four course dinner with the atmosphere of a beautifully decorated African as n lodge. Wonderful staff that made dinner so delicious. Property is well kept and nice for a family Would come back next time we come thru the r area.

We had an excellent stay at Ngare Sero before and after our Kilimanjaro climb. The garden room and Kilimanjaro summit suite were both beautiful. The grounds are peaceful, with excellent amenities and views. The staff was beyond helpful and kind - we loved getting to know them. And the food is phenomenal! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious three course meals. We enjoyed drinks on the verandah. Highly recommend! Negate Sero is a sanctuary.

The place is calm and peaceful. By night and mornings you can only hear the birds. The beautiful environment, services and nature are all there to make you feel better and more relaxed. There are so many activities such as boating, swimming, hiking, horse riding and biking. This is a place to be visited once you visit Tanzania.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our Tanzania safari with Natural Habitat Adventures. Staff were welcoming, the lodge and grounds and trails are beautiful, the monkeys great fun and the rooms very comfortable and attractive. The food was excellent and the head of staff, Sharifa, did a terrific job of making our group comfortable and attending to whatever we needed.

A natural and a cool place ..I will advice enyone who wants to visit Arusha should also visit this place....Here in there are some cool activities like horse riding and boat ringing. Couple also should visit and have a good time and memories together. I never get tired visiting here.
