Room was great mattress was very hard all in all very good we used the restaurant but was not great but staff were very friendly and very nice.

Went as a couple for 1 night. Upgraded to a superior room upon discovering the room which was not cleaned. Breakfast was good, outdoor pool, sauna and a bar/restaurant area for a few drinks in the evening
Overall a good stay, would recommend

Hotel is in great need of an upgrade, windows need repairs and decoration. General decoration throughout. Menu needs adjusting to show what is on and not being told what isn’t. As they are having trouble with their supply then change to someone who can supply you goods!!! Eg told they haven’t had the Ribeye for weeks!!!!

Just returned from a one night stay. Glad we didn't book extra!! I should have read the reviews to save my money! Cannot fault the staff members - from check in and checking out and restaurant staff - all were very polite and attentive. However, the actual state of this hotel is in dire need of updating. Our room was 236. It was very basic; which was fine and on the plus side, the bed was comfortable as too, my pillows. Although, my husband's appeared very 'crunched up'! It was the shower head - full of thick brown limescale; the window - black mould over the inner wood area and the smoke alarm - appeared to have dead flies stuck to it! It just looked so dirty. The whole room needed cleaning and a good lick of paint!! Both the exterior and interior decor were so tired and not at all resembling the on-line promotion photos. The outdoor pool area didn't look as though it had been tided since last year. We didn't bother viewing the indoor pool and spa area, so can't comment but if it is anything like the rest of the hotel!!! I definitely would not recommend this establishment in its current state and would not rate this as a 4*. Sorry, just my opinion. I don't normally write such negative reviews but except for the staff, our visit was very disappointing. This is a shame as the hotel is within a lovely setting and could be so much more.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an absolute disappointment. The building itself is in dire need of renovations, with a noticeable lack of maintenance. The presence of mold and mildew throughout the premises was not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene. Moth flew everywhere, it was 1000s of them.
The dining experience was equally underwhelming. The lack of information on the menu regarding the spiciness level of the chicken wings for kids was a major oversight. It resulted in an unpleasant surprise for my children, who found them way too spicy to enjoy. The calamari dish was also a letdown, as it seemed to have been cooked in an excessive amount of oil, making it unappetizing.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment if you value comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant dining experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

The front of the hotel looks nothing like the picture ; outdated and dull ; needs a repaint like yesterday; hotel fairly nice inside just needs a full makeover ; but they don’t need a sauna ; cause the rooms like a hotbox with the window open all night
