What a wonderful surprise! We’ve never stayed at a Melia but will certainly be staying in more in the future. The hotel was incredible, every amenity you would want. The views of Mount Meru were spectacular, the rooftop restaurant, amazing. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and the staff were amazing. We did have a hiccup with our laundry being delayed, which even then was a perk. The meals were delicious and the walk around the coffee farm was pleasant and the staff even stopped to explain to us their processes. The artisan center is an extra plus. The buffets were great. Tons of western amenities and more. The night light button about killed me. The bathrooms were great and the views again were beautiful.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

We stayed at the Arusha Serena Hotel after our 7-day trek to summit Kilimanjaro. This was the starting and ending point for our safari experience through Altezza Travel. We couldn't believe how beautiful the grounds and accommodations were, and the food was absolutely delicious. Erick and Martha took such good care of us during our stay, and we will always remember their genuine kindness. Picture ordering your favorite cocktail at the bar (they don't make weak drinks here!) and taking it to the outdoor seating area under a canopy of trees and the stars before making your way to the gorgeous dining room for an amazing dinner. It was a truly magical stay, and we would love to return one day. Disclaimer: We actually went in March of 2022, and I realized I hadn't posted our review.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast dishes are rich, and the location of the hotel is also good. It is very suitable for business trips. I will consider staying next time I come to Istanbul.

Raha Leo was the perfect spot for a quick overnight. It was easy to get to and was a great value for the price! The rooms were clean and the front desk host was responsive. They even woke up early to make us breakfast before our early departure.

nice hotel- friendly and helpful staff- excellent location to stay when visiting the Mt Kilimanjaro area. Offers free breakfast with typical breakfast food. They do laundry- very inexpensive and they ironed everything. I look forward to returning

This is probably the best Indian food I have tasted. The menu is so big I was suspicious that they would be able to deliver on everything but they did and it is all delicious and fresh. Great vegetarian and vegan choices and my partner assures me the meat is as good. All this and amazing value, great customer service and beautiful quiet gardens right in the middle of Arusha. Had a look round the hotel today too and if retro is your thing I would definitely recommend it!! So this would be my No 1 choice in Arusha. Treat yourself. My wife and I had a great moments at Fun Retreat Resort, stayed 2 nights after Safari. Very pleasant staff, delicious food, clean swimming pool and breakfast was so so good. We had treatment at their Ayurveda Spa and was so good. We recommend this place before and after Safari. We will come back again when visit Arusha.
