The hotel opened in 2019. The design and facilities in the room are very new. The safe does not need to enter the password every time, and the makeup 🪞 is also automatically dimmed. The design and decoration color matching of the hotel are very fashionable. The view from the rooftop bar is very good. If you miss the dinner time, you can have a light meal there and enjoy the Meru Mountain opposite, which is said to be the second highest mountain in Tanzania. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the city view room is very close to the hotel's equipment room and the noise is very loud. It's okay to close the balcony door during the day, but people who are sensitive to noise at night should not choose the city view room.

The Executive Cottage was elegant, very comfortable, all amenities. The screened porch was perfect for sharing a meal & chatting. Traveling with our daughter, son-in-law & their one year old was fun here. Very family friendly. Breakfast & dinner were well served. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, multiple pools & play areas. Everything was very clean & service excellent. Highly recommend for family park vacation.

The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic, the front desk is very good and late check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon, breakfast is not very rich, but you can eat. Tanzan blue is sold in the lobby but there are not many varieties. The most important thing is that when the hotel goes out and turns left along the wall, there is a Chinese restaurant. It takes less than five minutes to walk. The owner is a Shanghainese. The food is cheap and delicious. The owner also does tourism projects and is very nice.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

This is a beautiful old coffee plantation estate turned into a hotel. The main building is the bar, reception, restaurant. The rooms are beautiful 'hut' dispersed around the property. We got there at midnight after traveling from Amsterdam and were surprised by a delicious hot meal! Our waiter, Zainab, cheerfully welcomed us to Arusha and Tanzania (karibu - welcome). All the meals were excellent, good selections of wine, all staff friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful with monkeys running around. One of the gardeners took us around to see their kitchen garden and 5 different kinds of bananas! Rooms beautifully appointed with mosquito netting, lots of hot water, beautiful view of the grounds. Wonderful place to recuperate from many plane rides.

This was the starting point of our 8 Day Tanzania Safari trip. We spent our first night here- met by a warm welcome group and assigned our personal staff member 'Praygod'- we were well taken care of the entire time, and we made a good friend! What a beautiful coffee lodge with excellent food, service and incredible rooms/bungalows. The bungalows were luxurious and spacious. We also enjoyed the entertaining monkeys :) traversing throughout the property. The staff and service was top notch! Thank you to all, especially Praygod!

In a rugged alley with a deep and deep road, the location is remote, there is no mosquito net in the room, no TV, Wi-Fi is a portable Huawei box, it seems to have air conditioning but no remote control... Bei Ankunft wwar man verwundert, dass wir das Hotel günstig über booking gebucht haben (auf dem Tresen lagen übrigens Discount-Preistafeln aus). Also warten bis die Rezeption die Preisfrage mit dem Manager geklärt hatte. Okay - Check-In. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad recht klein. Warmes Wasser war vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf die chaotische Bushaltestelle. WLan gab es in allen Bereichen. Abends hatten wir zwei Bier im restaurant getrunken. Beim Bezahlen wieder Diskussionen. Überall lagen Preistafeln - und dann sollte jedes Bier 1000 Tsh mehr kosten. Nach etwas hin und her haben wir es günstiger bekommen - allerdings hatte man dann kein Wechselgeld. Irgendwann haben wir uns in der Mitte getroffen. Zum Frühstück gab es ein Buffet - Klopse, Bohnen, Kartoffeln, Ei, Toast, Obst, Saft, Tee, Kaffee...Das war gut. Kartenzahlung war nur mit Gebühr möglich. Also haben wir bar bezahlt. Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

Had the pleasure to stay at Arusha Giraffe Lodge during our vacation in Tanzania. The manager Mr. Msuya along with Rajabu, Glory and Joice who did everything to help us out. Delicious food, nice roomservice, great location a bit away from the city center with the sounds from the animals and nature. It's easy to grab a daladala (only 500 shilling per person) and you'll find yourself downtown. Otherwise the lodge also provides help driving you around for a very reasonable price. The AC didn't work in our first room but the new room had a nice working AC and with a better mosquito net too. The floor in the bathroom can get super slippery after showering but we got small towels to provide it. This lodge is very price worthy indeed, the staff are amazing and I feel this is definitely a place I'd return to! Thanks to Rajabu for the delicious food, to Glory for everything and to Joice for your wonderful smile. A special thanks to Mr. Msuya for making us feel so comfortable, for your hospitality and teaching me swahili!

Hot water is available from 3am to 10 pm. There is a small restaurant. Don't be put off by the fact that it is down an unpaved path. The hotel is fine and the staff very professional.
