Stay was excellent and service was great I enjoyed it and the washer and dryers are pretty cheap

I booked two days here and there is nothing on the third party website I reserved/ pre-paid the rooms on about how they have a “no locals” rule including a specific list of zip codes that they do not allow based on the proximity of guest’s address on their driver’s license. (This is also not mentioned on their main website.) I was still charged for the two nights even though I was not permitted to check in and was told by their front desk clerk that I wouldn’t be charged. However, I was still charged the full price and had to go through an extensive amount of 1-800- customer service calls to get my money back. Huge waste of time but at least I got an email from them asking how I enjoyed my stay!

Gal at the front desk was so wonderful. They leave the desk for the night at 11:00pm and we were checking I at 11:30pm. She came down to check us in even tho it interrupted her dinner.

There was no one at the front desk at 3:15 (3pm is the start of checkin) ….no bell to ring. Waited 15 minutes and finally called.

I wish I read the reviews before I booked the room. Whole building smelled funky. I bought vent clip air fresheners to put on the air conditioner so my room didn’t smell as bad. Bathroom door frame was split from someone kicking the door in, so it obviously didn’t close and lock, but I was by myself so wasn’t a problem. Someone must’ve vomited in the toilet right before they checked out because it was still there when I checked in making me question if any cleaning staff was in there between me and the last person to stay. It was there long enough that it left a nasty ring in the toilet which only made me want to vomit. I actually just grabbed my air mattress from my storage unit nearby and slept on that because I didn’t want to even touch the bed. If you’re broke and desperate enough like I was and can ignore how foul the room is, then you’ll be fine, maybe. Otherwise, spend an extra few bucks a night and avoid this place at all cost.

The room itself was very nice and clean. So that was very appreciative. I had to make a few trips to the front desk and each time the employees had friends there having talks. It was rather hard to felt seen as someone who needed help/service.

Reserved a king bed, none available and ended up with 2 queens. Took more than 1 hour to check in. At first we were put in an already occupied room. Then put in another. No hot water! Couldn't take showers!

Had a confirmed king accessible reservation and the hotel would not honor the reservation.

My bathroom had mold in it. The tile was coming up.
