Residence Ea Bianca

Since 2020 I have been spending my seaside holiday in Sardinia staying at SEA TRAVEL properties. I must say that this is my favourite property so far. We stayed in a very spacious and well-kept residence. Mr. Bela has always been available with valuable advice. Close to Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo. A few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. I hope to have the opportunity to return next year.

The structure is in a quiet location near Baja Sardinia; the exterior of the Residence is very well-kept; the interior of the apartment has well-distributed spaces and the cleanliness is top notch; our apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine; the very large living room with sofa bed (very comfortable) for 2 people and well-equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and a terrace with a table and two benches for dining outside; The manager is a very professional person: we had a small problem and he was quick to solve it and make us feel at ease. Everything is perfect, I would only add a few more parking spaces!

Struttura molto bella e curata, appartamenti belli e puliti, piscina bellissima e il signor Bela con il suo staff sono stati gentilissimi e sempre presenti. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, immersa nella natura ma vicina a tutto.Torneremo sicuramente.

Terrible experience. Rude staff who asked us to pay on site for expenses not declared at the time of booking (cleaning, utilities and towels). The platform through which we booked then actually confirmed the incorrectness of the structure for the unforeseen costs and took charge of refunding us. Absolutely to be avoided.

La struttura si trova in un contesto isolato vicino a Baja Sardinia, per gli spostamenti è essenziale la macchina, il parcheggio è scomodo ma qualcosa si trova sempre. La casa è essenziale, ma pulita, la dotazione iniziale davvero misera. La struttura dispone di una piscina con lettini prendisole. La vera pecca è che il telefono non prende nell’appartamento e la struttura ha il Wi-Fi solo in area piscina, credo che nel 2023 sia essenziale e tra l’altro economico rendere disponibile il Wi-Fi a tutti gli appartamenti. Per il resto personale gentile. Non credo ci tornerò

Il residence si trova a 3mnt da baia sardinia, località già questa molto bella per mare e serate, per non parlare della perla mondiale di porto cervo che dista 10mnt, il residence è incastonato sul costone di una collina verde, in un punto tranquillo e rilassante, ci sono diverse unità abitative, purtroppo senza zanzariere, ma questa e l’unica pecca, per il resto ognuna ha la sua caratteristica, chi affaccia sul verde delle colline, chi ha uno spicchio di vista mare, chi affaccia sulla piscina, forse per quest’ultime la garanzia di tranquillità in certe ore viene meno per forza, però in quella zona c’è più possibilità di avere connessione, perché nella zona collina il telefono prende poco e niente e non è coperto da Wi-Fi della struttura, che è cmq gratuito, vi accoglierà Bela, che è una persona disponibile è qualificata per ogni necessità, il parcheggio è comodo, non ci sono problemi a sistemarsi in tutti gli orari, se si parcheggia sotto la struttura c’è un ascensore comodo soprattutto per chi ha molti bagagli o passeggini, visto che le scale sono tante, la piscina è bellissima e citatissima, con due zone separate, una bassa anche per bimbi, è a sfioro e si affaccia sul mare, struttura consigliata per la sua posizione strategica a tutte le più belle spiagge del posto, e alle più belle località della costa smeralda.
