Space is small

The hotel is a bit old, but the price is cheap, the breakfast is good, the parking lot is free, the room is large, and the stay is quite comfortable. Although I don't give it a high rating, I highly recommend it.

A special-shaped room. As soon as you enter the door, there is a long corridor. After turning a corner and passing through a long corridor, you can see the room. The bed is facing a gloomy mirror! In front of the mirror is actually a pet room! There is a pet mat and several packs of pet snacks. An aisle between the room and the pet room leads to a separate toilet. Next to the toilet is an incredibly large bathroom. There is a large space between the shower and the bathtub. , it feels weird, and the wash basin is right in front of the bathroom. The quilt is also broken, and it is more than one kilometer away from the JR station. But the service attitude at the front desk is good and warm, and tea and hot water are also provided in the lobby.

The place is large, but a bit old. There is an indoor parking lot, but there are not many parking spaces. However, there is a paid parking lot across the road. There is also a laundromat across the road for laundry convenience.

It is a hotel that retains the remnants of a former love hotel, such as spacious rooms and baths, and a "fee collection window (?)" that seems to have been used at the entrance of the room. Prices fluctuate greatly on seasonal days of the week, so if it's a cheap time, it's a good deal. It's nice that the parking lot is free. We think that correspondence of the front desk is good. The BBH Hotel Group should be eligible for the JAF discount, but for some reason this hotel does not seem to apply. I have sent an email to the "Inquiries" section of the official website asking for confirmation, but I have never received a reply. This part is underrated.

I knew it by looking at the room photos on the HP, but it was still a former love hotel. The room is spacious, the bed is double, and the bath is huge. The wi-fi drops on the way, but it's not unusable. Meals are like that too. It's helpful to have free parking around Asahikawa, and it's flat so it's easy to get in and out. I personally recommend it.

I couldn't stay there in the first place. I was told that there was no room available even though my reservation was confirmed, and the employee who answered the call (Mr. Matsuoka?) acted as if it was a problem with Expedia's system and that the hotel wasn't at fault. There were no words of apology. I don't know what the reason was for not being able to get a room, but since it has nothing to do with me, I would like them to respond honestly. Also, when I called for a separate matter, I was told for the first time that the room was not available, but shouldn't the hotel have called me to apologize once they found out there was a problem with the system? It was in the evening when I found out that I couldn't get a room, so I couldn't get another hotel and ended up staying at a love hotel far away from the city. It was expensive, we had to take a taxi to the hotel, and our schedule had to change drastically. I would like to make sure that something like this never happens again. It was very inconvenient.
