Generally the service is just below average. Staffs were not very eloquent with languages. Amenities, nothing to talk about. Am not allowed to even have coffee at the lobby. Everything to be done in the room

I recently stayed at in this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. I will recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

The hotel is near shopping street. The room is bit run down but they breakfast is good.

Hotel is quite old but still comfortable and does not feel spooky or dark. Located in a good place near the heiwa street so there's lots to do at night. Short walk from Asahikawa station if you are coming by train. Room isn't very cold even on highest setting, but I guess it's appreciated since Hokkaido is COLD.

The bathroom has no ventilation and has a strong smell. Most of the facilities have mold and hair around them.

The sanitation is clean, but the things are old. The location is good. The lobby is connected to a convenience store. There are many parking lots nearby. The parking lot at the hotel also charges a fee. The hotel is small, has few facilities, and the wifi is not available. Breakfast is good and tastes good

The front desk staff is polite, the room size is acceptable, and it is convenient to eat, buy and play nearby. The breakfast is not too many but enough to satisfy you. There is a parking lot for 800 yen.

The location is very convenient. There is a cooperative parking lot nearby. After parking, you can go shopping in the city directly. And if the hot water in the room was not hot, the hotel would immediately help us change rooms and upgrade us indirectly!

Overall, the hotel is too old and the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, but the service attitude is good!!!!
