There is free parking, the environment is good, and you can enjoy the sunset. I chose a room with an open-air bath, which provides two meals per night. The food is good. The staff are courteous and proactive in assisting. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, and the staff's service attitude is very good. The indoor men's bath on the first floor is spacious and well-equipped. The outdoor men's bath on the fourth floor is slightly smaller and can only accommodate less than ten people.

I stayed with my dog. The website said to put the dog in a case, so I did as instructed and went to the front desk, but they quickly showed me the dog and my family to the room as if they were in trouble. I understand that it can't be helped since we are staying at a normal inn, but if it was a bad idea, I wish they had told me what to do when making the reservation. The room was near the emergency exit, so it was very convenient for going out. The room also had tatami mats for dogs and a large cage was prepared, which was appreciated. The building was very clean and well-tidy, which was pleasant. The food was average. However, the main waiter was nice, but some of the waiters were sloppy and left items on one side of the table, which was disappointing. Finally, when we checked out, we handed over the key and went to the cashier. Even though we had made a reservation through a travel agency and had already paid for everything, they explained the details to us and then charged us for the payment, and they were quick to respond. Later, they asked me to return the key, and when I said I had returned it, they confirmed and said yes. And the souvenirs we had asked for were not given to us unless we asked for them, and when they brought them to us, they just handed them to us and moved on to the next customer. This was the first time I've ever experienced such a botched check-out. Thank you. I'm sorry. It's a shame that everything was wiped away with just one word. Many staff members have worked hard in various ways, but the response of the front desk, which is the face of the hotel, ruined everything and left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

In winter, I go to hot springs in Yamaguchi and Usuki to eat fugu dishes, but this time I made a reservation at Roppokan because they had a plan for fugu. Actually, I didn't have high expectations because I don't know much about fugu in Haratsuru, which is inland, but the seasoning was surprisingly good and I was satisfied with both the quality and quantity. However, I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer fin sake. This time, I stayed in the "Sefuri" Japanese-Western room with an open-air bath on the 6th floor, and there was a corridor in the middle of the room between the Japanese-style room and the bedroom, so since we were traveling with multiple generations, the rooms were separated and convenient. I'm not sure if the ceramic bathtub was due to the hot spring ingredients or lack of cleaning, but it was quite slimy, which bothered me.

This time, due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was looking for a place with an indoor hot spring bath, and after a bit of effort, I decided to stay here. The surrounding area is deserted, but it has a nice, calming feel to it... The inside of the building was also strangely elegant and had a calming feel to it. An atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. I don't think I can do it forever, but I think I can make you feel that way. I really liked this place as a place to relieve my daily stress. The off-season may also have been a factor. There was a set time for breakfast and dinner, but I guess that can't be helped. I felt like it was too much for me, so next time I'd like to go down a notch and stay in a room with dinner only (maybe?) for 3 or 4 nights. I bought breakfast the day before at a convenience store a little far away, and for lunch there are two roadside stations a little far away, so I think a simple bento will be fine. After lunch, I went back to the hot springs. Hot spring before dinner. Hot spring before bed. Wake up in the morning and take a hot spring... I went out for a while and did some shopping at Awashimado's direct sales store.

It is an experience in the recommended open-air bath. I don't know if it's the inn's lack of explanation or the customer's lack of understanding. I felt bad. The open-air bath was explained in the room that up to 5 people, and since there was no one there, 3 family members took a bath. When I was getting ready to take a bath in the dressing room, two people came in. It's written here, right? More than 5 people will be dense! I have told you many times. Then wait in the dressing room! When! Isn't it the ryokan's fault? However, I was in a hurry to take a bath. I wrote it in the room questionnaire. However, there is no communication from the inn side. Improve. I don't care! The room and food were great. However, it is a disappointing inn.
