It's really good felling.with my gf room was awesome & well cleaned. Hospitality is too good .iam going many time fern residency with my gf. She also like room iam telling guys plss u will go fern residency it's really good to have some time with your love ones

The facility is very tidy and good. The quality of food is excellent and the hotel staff is quite friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious with access to direct sunlight. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Ac was not working properly
purse was missing from luggage under the hotel staffs custody
irrespective of many requests they didnt do anything which can be considered helpful

Awesome food. Sanjit helped me to select great food here. Ambience was top notch. Loved the food here. It was a quite place where variety of alcohol options were there. Parking available here. Place color combination was good. Try chef special cheesy chicken in starter

Neat property, in good hands, managed well
I usually go through reviews in detail (+ve or -ve) to learn more about the hotel
and I was not disappointed even a bit.
right from the security at the entrance to front office, the housekeeping, the service staff at the restaurant every body seemed perfect - they were doing their job like hardcore professionals but I won't call them hospitality professionals
I prefer to call them Angels in the hospitality industry food was excellent suggestion by staff was helpful
everyone tried to do their best to make you feel at home I might miss or forget names but every one deserves a thank you Shubhankar K and Burman Sir at front office
2 guys I forgot the names were great at food service and room service housekeeping seemed sober and caring I guess I am starting to like "The Fern" group it's not like इतने पैसे में इतना ही मिलेगा they take a step ahead

I went with all my staff and enjoyed the food, their service, their way they spoke to all of us and was always there to serve us. All my staff enjoyed their time there at the restaurant and Mr.Jayanta Sarkar and his team have done a marvelous work, I salute the team and longing to be there for their service.

The property's location, amenities was very good. Food was a bit expensive in regard to quality. But service was not upto the mark. Some of the amenities which should have been automatically provided like toiletries, room slippers were provided only when asked for
