Good hotel, but the night staff are very bad-tempered, and the way they are treated is aggressive.
Excellent daytime employees.
Breakfast, excellent kitchen service.

PRO: Struttura nuova, ben arredata, di primo impatto accogliente. Colazione variegata, buona. Facilità di parcheggio. CONTRO: Camera con pulizia approssimativa, frigobar vuoto e non funzionante, apertura a pressione degli armadi difettosa. Tappo dello scarico del Bidet incastrato, tale da non permettere lo scarico di acqua. Ci è stato impossibile avere una bottiglia d'acqua nel pomeriggio perché "il bar è chiuso". Piscina inutilizzabile per problema tecnico (non comunicato prima dell'arrivo). In generale servizi non da 4 stelle. Attenzione al cliente mediocre. Prezzo oltre la media per ciò che ci è stato offerto. Non lo consiglierei se non per brevissimi soggiorni.

Lo tomamos como base para visitar el sur de la toscana y sienna. Tranquilo, eran habitaciones con piscina y amplias. Muy bien comunicado. Los desayunos de calidad y cantidad. El coche lo teniamos aparcado en la misma puerta de nuestra habitación.

Struttura molto carina, andrebbe tenuta un pò meglio (consiglierei di sostituire il divano letto scomodissimo e rendere autonomo il riscaldamento) ma nel complesso un soggiorno soddisfacente. Personale molto attento, gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei.

Clean and decent rooms, but (unfortunately) a (cold) business atmosphere. Seems the hotel is more related to business trips then couples or families on vacation. Breakfast however war very good and Elisa was very friendly. For dinner there was a limited choice in dishes and not very Italian. Kitchen was more oriented to European taste.
