Schöne Lage, Blick auf den See, Promenade in 10 Min zu Fuss. Zimmer ohne Balkon erhalten, Bad sauber aber alt. Recht sparsam eingerichtet. Aussenanlage wäre sicher schön, leider ungepflegt. Frühstück ein highlight! Super Auswahl! Frisches Obst, tolles Brot, guter Kaffee, schöne Terrasse. Restaurant für Abendessen war leider schon geschlossen

Älteres, einfaches aber gemütliches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wie auch das Badezimmer waren tip top sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Auswahl sehr gross und alles frisch. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und Frühstücksraum.

Schöne Aussicht aus dem Hotelzimmer. Sonnenstoren zu kurz, Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht brauchbar. Teppiche am Boden sind unhygienisch, Badezimmer total veraltet und sehr eng.

Wie in einem älteren Hotel zu erwarten, ist die Schallisolation der Zimmerwände nicht so toll. Die Zimmer sind für diese Preiskategorie recht schön und alles war tipptopp sauber. Die zentrumsnahe Lage ist hervorragend und der leichte, kurze Aufstieg ist gut zu bewältigen.

Preis Leistung stimmt. Das einzige was kritisch ist, sind die Parkplätze die sehr eng sind,,für SUV‘s weniger geeignet. Das Hotelmist sehr gut gelegen mit fantastischer Aussicht über Ascona. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Man ist ist wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Ascona zu Fuss.

Ich verbrachte spontan eine Nacht im La Perla, im Einzelzimmer mit Balkon. Sehr netter Empfang, gutes Frühstück und Fahrradverleih inklusive. Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ruhig. Man braucht nur wenige Minuten bis zum See.

... aber zum wohlfühlen. Es ist sauber und es halt alles was man braucht. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder, das Frühstück auf der Terasse, die Lage, die Ruhe und der Balkon haben uns gefallen. Wer Wert auf eine Klimaanlage legt, sollte woanders buchen. Wir jedoch, würden wieder kommen.
