Es war das was wir benötigt haben, da wir kaum im hotel waren. Top war die Möglichkeit vorzeitig einzuchecken, es war sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und guter service

The gentleman at the reception as well as the lady at breakfast were so friendly. It was a really special place, with Bauhaus architecture and an interesting history.
Even if it took me a lot of effort to hike up to the hotel from the lake, it was totally worth it!

Wunderschön gelegen und herrlich ruhig. Ideal zum Ausspannen.
Man hat mir unkompliziert noch eine Nacht Verlängerung arrangiert, obwohl sie fast voll waren. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt und werde sicher wieder kommen.

Toller Ort mit seiner Geschichte. Der Japanischegarten und das Teehaus sind ein Highlight. Das Bad im Zimmer ist toll renoviert. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.
Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Leckeres Frühstück. Die Unterkunft ist weiterzuemphehlen.

ich hatte bereits vor einem Jahr alleine im Monte Verità übernachtet und dieses Jahr mit der ganzen Familie. Mir gefällt der Ort, die Gebäude und die Zimmer im Bauhaus mit den grossen Balkonen und der tollen Aussicht. Dazu kommt die Ruhe. Ich habe jede Nacht bestens geschlafen

Das Hotel trohnt hoch oben auf dem Monte Verita; die Aussicht ist wirklich schön. Auch die ruhige Lage ist toll. Ebenfalls der Teegarten ist sehenswert. Bei Ankunft wurden wir leider nicht informiert oder instruiert, wo der Frühstücksraum war. Es war kein netter Empfang. Die Informationen flossen mehr als dürftig. Das dünne Info-Folio im Zimmer ist nicht vollständig. Wir konnten unseren Hund mitnehmen; das war schon mal positiv. Allerdings erhielten wir für die Hundepauschale nichts; kein Wassernapf im Zimmer, kein Hundebett, kein Willkommensgutzi. Am Samstag dann, fand sich eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft ein. Eigentlich nichts Negatives; nur, dass wir beim Zurückkommen vom Abendessen keinen Parkplatz fanden. Da müssten doch die Hotelgäste mindestens einen reservierten Parkplatz vorfinden? Am Sonntag, bei schönem Wetter, wurde drinnen der Tisch für das Frühstück gedeckt. Ohne zu Fragen, ob dies für uns ok wäre... Allgemein unfreundliches Personal. Die Zimmer ohne Balkon mit Original Bauhaus Möbel und Lampen. Das Bad sehr unbequem. Zum Duschen muss man praktisch über die Toilette steigen um in die Badewanne zu gelangen. Das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Der Föhn, aus dem letzten Jahrhundert dürfte auch mal akualisiert werden. Alles in Allem fehlt einfach ein qüantchen Stil und Begeisterung.
