Very welcoming owners & awesome team of ladies servicing the rooms Lovely  modern & very clean rooms. Very happy with our room. The bed was lovely, clean & comfy  The welcome book in our room had so much information on what to do in & around Ashburton & plenty of info on places to eat, complete with menus. Would happily recommend staying here to all family & friends & will be back. Thanks for a pleasant stay 😁

Stayed here three times now. Modern, well equipped units with comfy beds. Sky sports and films. Good shower and a fizzy bath. Clean and well maintained. Fresh milk rather than those horrid packs of UHT!! Thank you Sally. I'm sure I'll see you again next time I'm passing through.

A lovely experience all round. Had to change our accommodation needs several times. Nothing was a problem for our Host. Very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely suite with spa bath. Double glazing, comfortable bed. Definitely recommend it.
