This was the best hotel value we have received in several years. * The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The best were comfortable. The carpeting and tile was in good shape. The shower worked. There were no musty odors. * Breakfast was excellent: I especially liked that they had biscuits and gravy, yogurt, granola bars and *both* pancakes and waffles. * My favorite feature was a pool that was comfortably worm. (Most hotels we have stayed at lately have had uncomfortably cool pools.) This is the first time we have stayed at a Baymont in several years, because it is the first time we have found one without a significant percentage of questionable reviews. We are very happy with the quality we got for the price and look forward to returning.

Baymont by Wyndham was excellent, a little dated but all we care about is a clean room with a comfortable bed and it had both. Also very friendly staff and a GREAT breakfast with very attentive staff if you needed anything. We had tickets to the Biltmore House, this hotel was 5 minutes from the entrance, very convenient as well as close proximity to downtown Ashville. The sweet young lady at check in told us about a nearby restaurant "Juicy Lucy's" it was FANTASTIC,great service and one of the best burgers we've ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional! The team was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Everything was clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the team member caring for the breakfast area did an exceptional job. She should be rewarded for her efforts. Great tasting Complimentary coffee 24/7 is a nice touch.

I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub, basically. The pool is a decent size and very warm (which was great) and the hot tub was perfectly hot! There's a full hot breakfast (waffle maker, pancake maker, eggs, bacon, sausage/gravy), with danishes, bagels, toast, muffins....just wonderful. There's also complimentary hot coffee in the lobby all day, with a decaf option in the evening--and it's always piping hot, which was great! My room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're traveling in the Asheville area, stay here. :-)
