Our travel group stayed at the hotel for two nights in mid-October 2021. We've been there numerous times in past years. But this was different: very few tourists due to covid, and a change of ownership (used to be the Holiday Inn) which is about to reconstruct the hotel. As such, this once lovely hotel overlooking the ocean and a nice mile walk on the promenade to the many restaurants at the marina is a ghost of its former self. Paint is peeling from walls and ceilings. The grounds are not kept up. A simple request for a bathtub drainplug couldn't be filled. The air conditioning didn't work in some of our colleagues' rooms. We wish the hotel all the luck in the world for a good reconstruction, and hope to return when it will be as good or better than in the past.

Красивый вид на море, но до пляжа идти минут 10. В комнате не доставляют шампунь, кофе, сахар. В ванной вода не уходит, и ремонт сантехника не помог, с его слов, в большинстве комнат так, т. к. во время ремонта сделали неправильное соединение труб. Завтрак никакой, протухшие сельдь и салат из туны. нет персонала, некого попросить приготовить кофе и яичницу. Счастье, что ужин был в другой гостинице, в 15 минутах ходьбы.

The rooms are very good with sea view. Breakfast was extremely poor. The hotel was without people and we were served a very poor breakfast. The hotel is undergoing renovations these days and there is a terrible noise. In addition, there is a pungent smell of paint in the hotel corridors. There was a fire alarm every few hours in the hotel even at night which woke us up several times. After complaining we were upgraded to a suite for one night and the shower in the upstairs room was without hot water. Other guests who were with me at the hotel complained about the noises of the renovations, the pungent smell of the paint and the noise of the fire alarm. The hotel with really good potential just a pity that there are these shortcomings and do not mention that the hotel is under renovations and there is no breakfast. Before you arrive make sure the hotel is not under renovations.
