The floor was not swept. The air conditioner was very noisy and “windy”, but still effective.
It was inconvenient that I couldn’t get an additional night in my room , though I understand that the rooms were already booked. I appreciated that the receptionist suggested another hotel.

The Room was new on the Inside and the outside was in the process of being remodeled. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was very quite as we were the only people staying that night. It is the off season in Ashland. You can definitely see that the owner is in the process of updating the hotel. Over all it was a good experience. One thing though the thermostat on the heater was not working. The shower would be better with a light in it. These though are trivial things.
Overall the place was clean and bug free, the bed comfortable, the shower hot, what more can you ask for.
