We absolutely loved our stay here. The Homestead is beautiful and we felt like we had stepped back in time the moment we stepped inside. The decor is gorgeous with so much attention to detail. The A'Deane suite had a comfortable king size bed and pillows that were equally comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a gorgeous free-standing bath. Our host, John, was outstanding. We were warmly greeted and found the heater on in our room and the electric blankets on when we arrived. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the view from the dining room was lovely. Everything about our stay was fabulous; the home is tastefully decorated, sophisticated and smelled lovely. We will definitely be back!

Step back to a more elegant time, beautiful setting. John and Giovanni are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed exploring the surrounding countryside and townships. Highly recommend Ashcott Homestead and spending some time in CHB.

The Homestead is was out from any sizeable towns and offers unparalleled splendour in an average world Our Hosts John and Giovanni make you welcome as soon as you arrive each room is different and you get and individual bathroom . Breakfast is well cooked and presented and you just feel like a special guest We just loved the place

I stayed for 3 days at Ashcott for a long weekend & what a fabulous stay it was! John & Giovanni are gracious & delightful hosts, and the homestead is an absolute credit to them. The bed was so comfortable, cooked breakfast delicious, and the view from my room (Bayly Room) looked over the tranquil trees, field & pond - sheep, geese & ducks included. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to stay here - I WILL be back!!
