Was VERY clean…loved the attached D2s Bar & Grill

I reserved 2 rooms for my family for 3 days. In both rooms the water while taking a shower would suddenly turn either scalding or freezing randomly for about 1-2 seconds multiple times during every shower. The front desk staff and manager were greatly lacking. I checked in on a Monday afternoon. I arrived in the area early but decided to see if the rooms were ready. I was able to check in early. On Tuesday morning, around 8:15 the wing we were in started undergoing major renovations. Besides the 2 rooms I rented and 1 other room all of the rooms around us were completely emptied out and the carpets were being ripped out. There were many items and debris scattered throughout the hallway including broken razor blades. On the way out of one of the rooms we had to wait while a contractor was blocking the hallway with a tool for the room next door. When we came back around 1:30 pm for a brief rest the noise was extreme. We went to leave again about 2:00 pm and had to wait for a 55 gallon garbage can to be moved that was placed directly in front of one of our doors. On the way out I stopped at the front desk to see if anything could be done. The front desk staff said they could move 1 of my rooms to a room across the hall. I explained that the entire hallway was the problem so I did not wish to go across the hall. Also, the room they offered to put me in already had been emptied out and had no flooring. I asked if I could get a discount on the rooms due to the construction. They couldn't do that, but I could speak with the manager who wasn't in. I could leave my name and number so she could call me. I was told she would be in at 9:00 the next morning. I left my information. The following morning the work started again around 8:15. After I was done with breakfast and heading out for the day I again went to the front desk to try to speak to the manager. This was around 10:00 am on Wednesday. I was informed that the manger wasn't in yet and I could again leave my information. I left the hotel for the day at this time. While I was out, I had to go into a store for a few minutes. I did not have my phone with me. During that time the manager called. This was around 1:55 pm. She left a message stating she wasn't sure why I was asking for a discount on the rooms and that she was leaving for the day and wouldn't be back until Friday. At no time were we informed there would be renovations during our stay. Neither the staff nor the manager cared about customer service.

The rooms were ok, but the beds were not comfortable at all, they seemed to be a mattress thrown over a futon frame. Very disappointing and left with a back ache. Breakfast is ok, but no meat option left us full on carbs. Very close to Lambeau Field and other activities and attached bar had very friendly staff and great food. Felt like the bar was the highlight and the hotel was just an afterthought.

Location was perfect. We were visiting for the Gamblers Camp. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Beds were not the best but everything else was fantastic!

We stayed in Green Bay for a Packers game. The inside of the hotel is dated with lots of carpet in the entrance. However it is very close to Lambeau Field. The hotel served its purpose for game day, but do to the carpet and smell of the hotel I will select a different hotel the next time we go to a game.

Friendly check in, clean rooms, great hot breakfast with eggs and sausage, quiet nights, hits all on my check list.

The hotel is very well kept. We were in town for a show and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The check-in process was horrible. I checked in and got my keys only to be told hrs later that I never checked in. When I went to the front desk the lady told me I would have to check out and check back in on a 2 night reservation. Then they charged by card for both nights only to charge my card again the next day so I ended up paying double for my reservation

I can't speak to the breakfast, as I accidentally slept through it. The room, internet, and pool were all good. Hospitality was great. Be advised: there is no elevator at this location. If you have mobility challenges, you will need to book a poolside room on the first floor. I booked on the second floor, as I typically avoid poolside rooms. The front desk clerk alerted me to the lack of elevator and offered me a poolside room as soon as she saw that I use a cane. Had a poolside room not been available, I would have left.
