Sono stato a inizio giugno per due notti. Struttura molto bella, centrale. Camere molto accoglienti e qualità del sonno assicurata. Molto gradito l'upgrade della camera. All'arrivo ci hanno sistemato in una camera decisamente più bella e spaziosa al prezzo della prenotazione. Personale codiate e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e con diverse scelte.

Exceptionally good. Interior design to a very high standard. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Impeccable cleanliness. Safe secure underground car park. Central location in this market town. We received an upgrade to a very spacious and beautifully presented room. The spa and pool were especially superior with a wide range of facilities. Great service in the bar and at breakfast and suggestions for local restaurants. Highly recommended when visiting this picturesque Altopiano region.

Non ho soggiornato in questa struttura e penso che mai lo farò. Avevo bisogno di informazioni circa un soggiorno di 2 notti; decido quindi di chiamare perché online non mi erano chiare alcune cose. Al telefono risponde una signora di nome Sonia, che con il suo modo poco propenso a fornirci soluzioni per il nostro soggiorno mi ha fatto passare la voglia anche solo di prendere in considerazione l'idea di soggiornarci. Mi sono sentita rispondere che se avevo dei dubbi dovevo guardare sul loro sito. Ok, grazie, ma se chiamo probabilmente preferisco averle da Lei le informazioni, visto che fino a prova contraria è il suo lavoro. È un vero peccato che al telefono ti rispondano persone dalle quali ricevi solo risposte monosillabiche, soprattutto perché a parer mio l'Hotel meritava davvero tanto.

Overall a really lovely stay at Sporting Hotel. We will definitely return. - Room: we stayed in the wellness suite which was beyond our expectations. The room is massive (2 bedrooms separated by a foyer). A sauna (new) in one of the bedrooms. Two separate bathroom areas. Comfortable beds and linens. We didn’t want to leave this little paradise. - Service: friendly and efficient front desk. Even though I had booked a non refundable rate, when I emailed them two days before to ask if we could move the dates (my son was sick), they accommodated us. Highly appreciated. - Location: central, walking distance to everything, quiet, no complaints. Parking in the garage is an additional 20: night but the public parking lot is less than 2 mins away. - Spa: five star experience at NO additional cost. Several different showers, sauna, spa, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Clean and luxurious “relaxation zone”. Helpful staff on hand and accommodating of our 8 year old boy. - Restaurant: i just say that our dinner here was the only negative experience we had. The food was OK but cost least double what we paid in every other meal in the area. Truthfully, the quality didn’t justify the elevated prices and there limited options for vegetarians. Our server was - at best - indifferent, at worst slightly rude (when there was an error with our error). I think she may have been overwhelmed because she was by herself. Then again, we were only 3 tables. The next day, after there was a change in staff, we experienced much better service at breakfast!
